Got ahold of everyone who I`m waiting on to get done with stuff and everyone of them said it will be done/complete or started by the end of the week...again. My question is which week? which month ? which year? I absolutely hate being dependent on other people and waiting, I need stuff done so I can get my work done ! Frustrated is not even close to how I feel !

Made some headway against the weeds in the garden yesterday. I`ve got about maybe two weeks or maybe less to have the beds ready the plastic shortened and be ready to plant. Wish I could stay on my feet longer at a time , I`d have this done in much shorter time. Already turning warm again so I`ll have to start working in the early hours when it`s not as warm. It`s going to be a dry summer and I`m already worried about water supply and fire danger. It`s also going to be dusty again this year. Thinking I need to have the road graded smooth again and cut some of the brush along the sides of the road to the creek. It would also save some time getting water if I had a turn a round closer to the creek. Hard to back the truck up so far to get within range of pumping water. Everything I do to make it better to get water will be worth it later in the year.

Been making headway on the weeding and kief making. I work the mornings and evenings taking an afternoon nap and going to bed late at night. Afternoons are warm but it`s cool later in the evenings and early mornings.

I have most of the weeds cleared and need to pick them up and put them in the mulch pile. I need to take all the green plastic tape off of the old stocks and poles and rap up the screens that are attached to the outside of the beds so they are out of the way of the cultivator. Next I`ll wet it all down ,fertilize and use the cultivator to work it into the soil.

I`m up to 6 lbs. of kief so far. Not sure how I`ll process it. Maybe just press it into 1 oz. small bricks? I got a bunch of chores I can be working on until I get the truck back, the generator picked up and my guns all back from the gunsmith.

Well it`s bill day so going to town today. I see my new EOTech holographic sights and x3 flip over scope is waiting for me to pick up as well. my old bushmaster 5.56 isn`t going to even look like the same rifle anymore with all the updates I`m putting into it! Looks like I won`t be getting my full auto lower back any time soon so thinking about getting a tri-con trigger system next . full auto is about 600 rds. per sec. and you can learn to pull around 500 rds. per sec with the tri-con fire selector in 3rds. position. It has a fast return and 1.5 lbs. pull. I should be able to fire off a mag fast enough and it will save ammo over the full auto lower anyway.

I`m a little worried about my clones, seems they have been under 24 hrs. of light and I`m not set up to control the light time when I receive them. Don`t want them to go into flower early. I`m going to have to set up half of my office trailer into a grow room so I can edge them down in the light schedule slowly. Oh well I wanted to set up a grow room anyway to make clones in. Not sure what I`ll do with a bunch of clones as it`s just to far to go to sell them anywhere. I`d have to be able to sell hundreds at a shot to make it worth my while. Maybe thousands. It`s a hell of a drive to the LA area, about 11 hours for most people but with all the extra stops I`d have to make, draining the noodle, it takes me an extra 4 hours to get there !

Quick ? MC are you tumbling buds if so, how many grams per ounce are you getting. I want to start tumbling my buds but if I couldnt get upwards of 4-6g per oz it probably would not be a smart move for me! Thanks in advance

The "Strain Hunters" have a video showing Colombians running kief through a meat grinder,
the result which resembles the hash Moroccans end-up with smashing kief inside leather bags with wooden clubs--
before they press it into blocks...

I`m getting about 40-60 % from bud material. about 25 % from fine trim and 15% from mid sized leaves material. Getting as much as 280 grams a pop with maybe a pound of trim. This is mostly from orange cookies, thin mint, SFV(via skunk), and GG4.

Dam I guess the package required to be signed for cause it showed delivered but wasn`t in the box and no key was provided for. I just got a note saying I had to pick up. So no sight for my rifle until Monday. Dam besides that I bought 53 gal. of gas for the generator and it cost me $175 which is up in price about $25. It`s that summer blend krap that doesn`t run as good to boot! I need to buy a large tank and buy my gas when it`s the real stuff and at the lowest price of the year ! a 500 gal tank on a stand should do ! I think I`ll get a diesel generator next time as diesel stores better than gas. Like to have one truck and my equipment all run off diesel as well ! going to dinner Monday night at my daughter`s , she needs more meds for her cancer and I`ll get some` Grandpa time` out of it as well ! got to get my sorry ass back to work until Monday night, not feeling to well after this last trip to town, wore me out!

I ended up getting half of the screens tied up out of the way. I need to lightly rack the top to get as much of any weed seeds out as I can then when I get the truck back from the shop I`ll get ferts and work them into the beds. Until then I`ll finish up and clean up so as to be ready. After the beds are done I can work on raising up the sides? I can also get screen for the sides in the Blazer. I can work on the framing in the ends and screen them in, also work on circulation fans and insulating the outside of the beds. After it`s ready to plant I need to look into more water storage tanks. After all of that I can work on the security fence. Always something! I still need to clean up brush, pine needles and make the camp fire safer , take the trash to the landfill and take in some recycle stuff. Got to keep the place tidy and clean ! Well I can always keep at it anyway, little at a time! It`s dark and cooling off so time to work some more on the tumbler and knock out some hash !

ok @markscastle I ordered a wood tumbler one more ? Is it better to put my bud in a roasting bag and freeze for a few mins before tumbling?

It helps to have the material cold. It needs to be in the freezer over night because in a turkey bag the middle would be insulated from the material on the outside. Better would be to use a pan that spreads it out so it gets cool in the middle. I`ve used dry ice in the tumbler and it works fast. My problem is it costs $17 for 5 lbs of dry ice and $30 in gas to pick it up. You can reuse any left for the next run but I couldn`t keep it over night , even in the freezer. I`ve been running mine late at night because it`s cool enough still to need a light coat on to keep warm at night here. If it gets warm and you run this stuff the screen just gets plugged up and is very hard to get clean. Just handling the dry trim makes my hands look like I`ve been trimming and ouch if you rub your eyes!

Wow I was up until 5 am and got nearly a pound done , first screening. I have 4 screen sizes and refine with the next size smaller screen until it comes out clean. each screen is a little faster than the one before. It still takes me about three days of running the generator late into the night to make about 1/4 pound of finished kief. I do get my shore batteries charged well and that`s on top of watching movies while it runs. It really slows down the daytime work though! I should invest in some outdoor lighting so I can run hash and work late at night when it`s cool! Later in summer it doesn`t stay that cool at night. It`s best if I set the tumbler out in a snow bank, but didn`t get much snow last winter.

Today is bill day! such fun !!! Going for dinner at my daughter`s tonight, bringing her some meds for her censer. Last report it has shrunk down about almost gone. She has been skipping chemo and just using my kief. Seems to work a little better than chemo does.

Wow Great news ! My daughter is now in remission and they can`t find any sign of her having had censer! Even the scare tissue from her last surgery is gone!!! She isn`t considered cured as they cautioned it could return at some point but it must have been the cannabis because surgery and chemo wasn`t working. I started keeping her supplied with cannabis and it just went away. I had a great time with her and my grandkids.

I can`t believe this!!! Scheduled to start the survey of my property Thursday. Now I see that a storm is coming in on Thursday and there is even a chance of snow!!! they are aiming for Friday to have the work done on my truck, I`m thinking more likely the following weds. I should have my generator done and ready to pick up by then and my firearms done at the gunsmiths. I ordered more parts for my rifle , tac-con trigger system with mmr third selection setting included. So it will need to go back in to be installed. I can`t find the card for the guy who I was going to have log my property so I might just have someone else put in a culvert and pad . I`ll still have a shit load of fire wood that needs cut out of the way but not to many other trees for just the pad.

I woke up late today , was up making hash into the early hours again. Today wasn`t a total waste. I tied up the rest of the screens out of the way, raked the beds and pathways, and put the end clips on the plastic . I think they will hold the plastic better that the duct tape I had been using. I need to raise the sides of the plastic for summer, going to raise it a little higher this year for better circulation. I can`t put any ferts in and work it into the beds until I get my truck back. Also can`t get more than a few jugs of water at a time without it. I`m still looking around for larger water tanks. You would think there would be a lot of used ones as so many less people are growing and those who are have much smaller grows this year.

Theres also an India expedition were they made this mad chocolatey oil that they rub on ciggarettes.i also seen a video called "Hashich!" I think it was called were a few guys showed how they drum the hash out in Morrocco.it was a good watch as at the time there wasnt as much info about it out there as ther is now.
i made some 73u dry seive through my 73u bubblebag yesterday.its nice and sticky.i much prefer dry seive over water extraction as i feel the water pulls out alot of the good terps.i made some dry seive a few weeks ago but i was just testing out what id get from a 190u but there was a lot of leaf material in it aswell so i just let the mrs bong the lot.greedy bitch.lol.
