He knew after the flyover that someone might show up to check his paperwork and plant count. He's an old hand at this and I'm sure he was under his limit with his papers straight.

I think he's busy tending his flock of weed plants and I know money was tight so maybe he's going without a few things until he's got rid of some of his growings, at least thats what I hope is going on with our friend. I also hope he had a great year in the garden and got a bunch of seeds as well and everything is going well for him and his family. Take care
