I`m running the generator to charge things up before heading out to glean some more. I`ll take the camera with me and try to get some shots of my poor tunnels and what the storms did to them. Later today I`ll be taking a break to pick up some food at a food give-a-way and back to gleaning the rest of the day. Hope to knock out some work!

I`m having problems with my N not typing also. Have to hit the key hard some times. To `glean` is to go back over after a harvest and pick the left overs. I left a bunch on the stocks because the buds were not hard. The plants were covered but froze anyway and died. Not much of the buds are of any value for smoking but they are covered in snow none the less and will make good hash, oil or edibles. Don`t want it to go to waste.

My daughter is not doing to well on chemo. She passed out in the bathroom and my 4 year old grandson called 911 yesterday. They took her to the hospital and run tests. She is low on iron even though she is on iron pills. She can`t sit up or eat without passing out or toughing up and has spats of low blood pressure. She hasn`t been able to keep the butter I made down . I`m going to use some of my bud and have a friend of the family who has made Phoenix Tears help make some oil for both of us. I`m running very low on funds for the month but this has to happen and soon. I`ll have to use my generator fuel for transportation it looks like.

Dude that is terrible. I have iron anemia real bad and have similar problem. Best of luck dealing with all that and getting that Phoenix made up....I hear that stuff is amazing

Last three pics are from top to bottom from the bottom tunnels to the top one. I have the top tunnel gleaned in those pictures. This stuff I`m gleaning off the old plants is very dry t and still mostly fluffy but still has good smell and is frosty. Should make good shake and what ever I end up doing with it should be good.

Haven`t been sleeping well. But that wasn`t the problem today! I rescheduled my doctor`s appointment for tomorrow.

Went to the doctors today. My X-ray was clear. Nothing to see there. Blood tests showed my blood sugar still up slightly and slightly low on D3. I had my script changed and he also included Celebrex, Singular , and Allopurinol. as well as increasing the diabetic medication. Oh and he wrote me a script for the test strips for the accucheck blood monitor! I`ll need an other fasting blood test at three months. Next visit in April. My blood fat was a little high as well so he added Lipitor. Said I`m doing very well. The worst part of it is my left foot and leg still are numb and can`t feel or move it below the ankle. I`m hoping it will get better in time. I have a cane now that helps some and it`s really cool because I can hit people with it ! LOL! Got to have a little laugh as I`m fast becoming an old raisin ! Think I`ll be around a while anyway just not able to work as hard. I`ll make up for that by working smarter!

I`m a little worried about water situation for next year`s crops and very worried about fire season! I took a little side trip while coming back from town the other day and looked at lake Oroville and I`ve never seen it so low. I need to fetch water from the creek soon to fill my 1000 gal tank and wonder if the spring fed creek will stay running through next year`s crop. It`s been so dry this year. wells in the area may also run dry! Not looking so good. May not even see a crop through. I was hoping to expand my veggie garden but not sure that`s going to happen.

I checked and the blood sugar monitor came today! I was able to get test strips through Medicare also so I`m ready to go! Again thanks so much urbanfog ! And thank you to everyone who has prayed for my daughter and my health ! May God Bless!
