Got to get there first, then got to get south. Today didn`t work. Heat wave , bad tooth, blood sugar went up like a rocket so I took and extra Metformin. got sick to my stomach and through chunks before passing out , may have been the heat? When I woke up my blood sugar was really low. Tried to eat something but it was just to hot. Ended up sucking on some hard candy to bring my blood sugar back up. It worked but man I was rung out after that. Nothing got done. I`m thinking of letting a buddy do some of the pressing for me. Not sure what he`ll want for it but At least I`ll have it out of the way and can get the trip down south out of the way and get back to gardening.

Haven`t heard from the survey guys all week. I give up on them. Going to look for someone else to do the job and an attorney to get my deposit back and expenses. I had a guy offer me $15,000 rent but I lost that opportunity. Not sure I can claim that loss in litigation cause I`m sure he wanted to grow more than the allowed amount under the county`s codes. I should get my deposit and something for the delay. It sets me back a year on production even if I was putting in apples. My biggest problem is they didn`t think the property was where I was shown before I bought it. Said it was about 600 foot from one of the markers I found on an other property line. That would put the creek just on the back side of the property. I`d have a lot more sun and wouldn`t need a culvert. I`d still have the creek for water . I don`t think that would be all that bad, but still need to have it marked off to be sure.

Been working all day pressing and watching TV in-between. It`s a hot one and heating the press is overwhelming the motorhome`s AC. It`s 95 in here between being in the sun and heating the press up. But it will cool off tonight and I`ll keep at it and see what I can get done. Wish it was faster but you have to heat the press and before opening it you need to cool it off. Get in a hurry and you stand the chance of locking up the piston in the cylinder full of hash. Then you have real problems.

It should start getting cooler through the weekend. Plants are getting lots of water and growing up a storm in veg! Need to plant them soon. I`ll need someone to water while on my trip down south. It`s a overnight round trip and I`m useless for a couple days afterwards. I have tons to get done when I get back because between the heat, storms and pressing I`m behind on my game. Not that I`m ever ahead, LOL!

Have my son and his GF up over night. There working for me because he`s off work do to injury at work. Got a few stiches an doing fine but Doctor won`t sign him off to go back to work yet. Not really able to help pressing as I only have the one press, but they`re catching up other stuff I haven`t been able to get to. I just keep on pressing . Kind of nice having helpers :-)

May have worked a deal for my son to work for me 2-4 days a week. It all depends on how his job goes. I hope he can, I need my Alaska septic dug out real bad and could use a bunch of other stuff done also.

Went to town twice today. Had to do a fasting blood test on the first trip(without coffee breakfast) then had to go back down to pick up my rifle from the gunsmith`s. I also got gas and supplies. Tomorrow is a family BBQ celebrating my daughters Birthdays and Fathers day. Guess I can`t miss that one , LOL ! I got 5 lbs of hash pressed now and 3 more need pressed for the trip down south. I just want it done and back ASAP now. Need to get so much caught up around here!!!

Somehow I never think of Vermont as green. I always think of fall colored forests and maple syrup. I guess they also have farm land of cattle ? This morning I`m planting 1/3 of the clones in the ground. I haven`t decided on the other clones but thinking I`ll trim off some starts from some of them and plant some of them also. I was going to go clone hunting but it`s getting late and just need to get something in the ground. I just have so much to get done. I might decide to clone hunt after I get back from down south? I can always pull come up and replant better genetics if I find any. I`m taking a relaxed attitude with this spring`s grow because I`m not sure if I`ll have to pull much of it up if the code enforcement come out and because I plan on doing a winter grow anyway. Still be nice to have a fair size spring grow come through for me!

lol Oh yeah we have farms and cows , and believe me Its about as green as it gets here
and yes fall is a Beautiful time of year around here,Ive always looked at the Mountains
when foliage is peaking and thought,they Look like Big colorful buds.. LoL (-: just winters
suck .. but other wise it does not get much nicer.. then Here .. the air is always clean ..

Nice! Well just got 20 clones in the ground and all watered. Putting the big orange fans I used last year up out of the walk way between beds this year. last year I had to move them every time I watered and then move them back. Now they will be put up out of the way and won`t need moved all the time. Not sure when my son will be back up. I`m thinking I need to make a dump run in the truck and bring back more manure and maybe some screening and plywood to finish the ends. He can work the manure in and raise the plastic on the rest of the sides next trip up to work. That way the other beds will be ready to plant the clones. If his GF comes up she can work on hoeing weeds. Once all the greenhouses are done I`ll need more barb wire and he can work on the fence. I also need to dig up the Alaska septic and clean it out again, not fun! Well it`s heading into the hot of the day so I`ll be running the AC soon and back to pressing hash. I`ll stop as it cools off and do a little more outside work before dark and then continue pressing hash into the night. I really want to get that order done and out so I can commit my efforts 100% on the spring crop.

Need to get manure on the second and third GH`s before I plant them. Also working on getting all the sides so I can roll them down and putting up the third fan I found I have a missing extension cord. Looked but can`t find it for the life of me! I have no doubt there are brownies at work in this forest as things go missing only to be found in the most ridicules places later on. If they never showed up I`d suspect trolls or nether wilders.

well I got two loads of water and pulled the tank from the truck, then loaded it with trash for the dump. I`ll get some manure on the way back tomorrow. My son and his GF are coming to do more work this weekend. Got to have stuff ready for them to work with! I was going to try to do 1/2 lbs. of pressed hash to night and an other after I get back with the manure, but had a head ach and fell asleep. I`ll still get a few oz. done and try to make it up tomorrow. My blood sugar went low today for some reason. Not to low, just around 90. May have to start having breakfast again?

Got everything done above, except the hash making went bad. I was rung out from the trip to town and all of the valley heat so fell asleep. Used to try to smoke three times a day. Anymore I only smoke once a day. From morning to bed time. Just keep a buzz on ,never really wiped out. I think it helps me mentally as much as physically , well except I can never find where I put things down at. Every few days I have to round up all my tools and put them away in groups of the projects I have going on or will have going on so I can find them when I need them. Never ending battle to say the least. I have a rolling tool box that I`ve had for some time but haven`t taken the time to put tools in it , except on the top. I was going to put some away one time until I realized you can`t open the cabinet unless you open the top first. that wasn`t going to happen to soon as it had a three foot high stack of hand tools on top of it and still does. My son and his GF are coming up this morning some time so I backed the truck up to the greenhouses and left it full of bags of manure for him to unload. I`ll use some on the rows that were planted by top dressing them and he can work the rest into the soil in the beds yet to be planted. $400 bucks worth of manure ! Going to keep my little girls fed for a month or so then start adding tea from bat guano, North Atlantic sea weed/ kelp, sea bird guano, molasses and such as needed.
