Hmm. I’ve had a black cat named Satin & Samantha but never a Sativa. I like it!

Love it!

Bear, our bouvier passed February 2019, Samantha passes November 2018. Hard days.

About ready for a new little fuzzy. Friend for Willow if she doesn’t eat it. She’s real jealous of my son and I getting attention from anyone else.

This is foothills1, flipped 3/7/23.
First pre flower found 3/15/23.
Starting to see some crystals growing now and smelling very strong.

Progress is rapid.

This is the first time I’ve tried coco, it’s amazing how much you can actually see happening daily versus soil.

When the plant is getting fertigations daily, you can see the major and minor peaks and valleys of feed/hydration requirements.

My grow diary shows stretching thirst then a slight slowdown when the stretch is done. I’ll be interested to see how this works out for the rest of the fruit cycle.

Foothills 1 plant is progressing magnificently.

Flipped 3/7
Pre flower 3/15.
These pictures are 3/28.
Two weeks since first pre flowers detected!

I think it’s going to be sugary soon!

I hope the net doesn’t get in the way. You flipped it 3 weeks ago most stretching is done.

Leaves look good, not to dense, nice airflow.

Would you recommend lowering the net or raising it?

This is my first tent growing experience, not really sure at this point. I usually just figure things out along the way, but open to experience and recommendations.

Thank you!

You’re already in flower about halfway. Anything about 10” below the canopy isn’t going to do much.

If all your growth is above the 10” you’re fine. Just keep an eye on things and watch for deficiencies. Defoliate as needed and remove dead leaves.

I’m still new too. No worries.

As long as you can get around the plants and keep things clean and open leave the net. Otherwise remove it unless you’re going to SCROG and I wouldn’t bother at this point myself.

If you think the tops will be heavy leave the net and hope the buds/nugs get so dense it need the trellis to hold things up.

Only about 6 weeks left. Got your drying and curing planned? You don’t want to fumble your way through that. It can make or break your grow.

The dry and cure will take place in a protected and air condition partition in the Shed. It isn’t ready yet, but I have a few weeks.

That is the next thing to work on!

Bay Area 1, Tangerine Dream.
It’s in week four of flowering, appears underweight to me.
I checked runoff and found that I had a pretty bad lock out going on.

Ppm 3000

Over 2 hours, I slowly got her down to 480. She is absolutely praying and happy looking. I’m hoping she starts chunking up now.

Seems to be stacking nicely though

Foothills 1, Apples and Bananas.
Near the end of week three. Stacking and bulking nicely.
Trichomes filling in beautifully.

The smell is all sweet.

It just about fills the bottom half of my 32x32 tent.

The second plant in the Foothills is a cut from Golden Kiwi x Watermelon Punch.
I lollipopped it because I couldn’t think of anything else to do.
I used the cuttings to try to hone my cloning skills.
It looks like I have success in 5 out of 6 that I tried, the 6th is still possible, but it’s pretty sorry looking. It may not have developed roots.
There is a pic of this cut in the group above (the immediate prior post)

The warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air.

Less than 24 hours post flush and she looks to have doubled to trichomes and still looking happy.

Input is just a hair under 1300, ph 5.9
Output is 670 ppm and 6.2 ph.

Is the elevation in ph due to heavy feeding post flush?

Saturday April fools day update

Tangerine Dream auto in the Bay Area is firmly in mid flower stage, looking nice for the early morning glamour shots but still needs to eat a few hamburgers.
Like taking a squeeze of Twiggy!

In the foothills, the lady in flower is bulking up nicely. She’s 10 days behind the Bay Area plant but looks farther along to my eyes.

My second plant in the foothills is simmering in vegetation mode waiting for a tent to open.

Bumping right up against 5 weeks in flower.
Tangerine Dream auto, should go 10-12 weeks.
She just seems to be a very easy plant to grow.

Heading east, the big girl in the foothills, golden kiwi x watermelon punch is about 10 days behind the Bay Area plant but it’s a clone/photo periodic rather than auto, growth appears quite different.
