So I got it all set up. I did the hand test to see if it is to hit and to me it seems good. I got the 250 HPS about 12-16 inches off the top of canopy

I'd get rid of CFL's as your HPS has enough coverage for a single plant, keeping them would only contribute to heat stress/slow growth/more frequent watering.

I tried to click on that tag but it said it couldn't be found.. Yea I was debating on leaving them up or taking them down . I was gonna keep em up because I figured the CFL's would give it another spectrum on the light scale but they are useless huh??

Thank you @c2630976 .. You can try to post it again, I'm not sure why it didn't work.. I just went up and I used my hand again, kinda as a reference and I don't have a thermometer until tomorrow morning.. I'm gonna try to look that chart up

Umm, is it possible that your PC is infected? It transfers me to a "page not found". Link was to a 420 magazine's website but thcfarmer auto replaced their domain name with "invalid". So no viruses there.

It said my connection wasn't private, and the sight may be trying to steal..... my bad dude, like I said, I didn't mean any disrespect, just kinda freaked me out when I first saw it. Sorry about that.

High temps (over 100F) slow down plants growth an would require watering it more frequently.
I keep my HPS 60cm away from the plant the first week to let the plants adjust to heat, then get it closer to 25cm.
You could in theory keep CFL's for lower branches, if you have good ventilation.

That's a good chart to have around.. I got the HPS at about 12-15 inches away from the top of the plant for tonight until I can get a thermometer.. Thank you
