Went fishing today all sight fishing saw two fish one no shit 30 plus inches swam off before I could cast
Another 20 plus incher cast was spot on but did not take
Windy makes fish hard to spot
Rovers should clear soon after the rains

Gin clear waters
Saw two monsters today
One 25 inches plus the other just a tad smaller
Put fly on point but it would have nothing to do with it
Most rivers are pretty stained except the Clutha which flows from lake Wanaka
They also have spring fed creeks loaded with monsters that clear much quicker
Did catch a small brown 14 inch or so
