My old hang out of 33 years ago. Drank many gallons of Speight's beer back in the day.
We were like celebrities' with the locals. Every year for 10 years were skulled it down there to their amazement.
Now a a days no one drinks anywhere near like we did, 40 pint sessions were not uncommon. that's 40 pints each....

OH my God just look at this...
Spring fed creek South island.
One must slowly creep upstream and look real hard to spot fish sipping willow grubs.
12 foot leader must cast spot on or else fish will swim back under willows.
Even if spot on they will flat out refuse.
They will gently sip dry fly then blast off like a torpedo. Strong fighters that never seem to tire..
amazing experience...
