That bud is no good? No offense, your going to be REALLY disappointed with your crop then. It's your first crop and you have had lots of small problems, over watering being a big one. Just don't get your hopes up :-) it will be okay but decent standards...

No offense, your going to be REALLY disappointed with your crop then. It's your first crop and you have had lots of small problems, over watering being a big one. Just don't get your hopes up :-) it will be okay but decent standards can't be expected as of yet. My first crop I thought I would produce medical quality. Boy was I WRONG. Ever since I grow with a grain of salt and NEVER expect it to turn out greAt. Keeps me on my toes :shockedninja:
Hope that some of that advice sticks.
Wish someone told me that.

Starting to really stretch. Lowered her from the light today.
Lowest fan is starting to yellow, is this because the plants growing and take stuff from the bottom to help the top?
That looks like sunburn. You could just take it off, be careful of the light. The heat can cause that well.

I bought a shot glass measuring glass with ml marks and it is inaccurate above 5 ml because the shot glass tapers up wider and the marks are all the same. I use a cough syrup type measuring cup and never go over 7.5ml of each base nute and 5ml of bloom boost or calmag whichever stage im in. Since I stopped looking at feeding charts and started using this tech I have had much happier plants.

I really do appreciate all the help you guys give me and the help and tips I receive on this sub, one thing I'd like to say is you guys keep saying I'm over-watering my plant when I'm doing the furthest thing from that. In fact today the plant nearly died because it was lacking water so bad, I will upload some pictures of what I came home to. I'm really hoping she was just thirsty.
I was really worried that I was doing exactly what you guys said, and overwatering but on the inside I knew it couldn't be that because I water every 4 days and only do a half gallon sometimes a bit more, and then I don't water until my knuckles an inch deep and the pot in light, yet I still have people telling me I have signs of overwatering.
So I decided since I'm the noob and you're all alot more experienced with this stuff than me I'd take the advice and slow down on the watering.

Well now the plant looks like this, most of the colas are just completely turned at a 90 degree angle and are so wilted. This is clearly a sign of lack of water... so again, I DON'T think i'm overwatering my plant and I nearly killed her by holding off on my usual schedule.

she's so sad

I don't remember suggesting less water, less nutes yes, but never less water. Yes she is thirsty and starting to show it. Remember to trust your judgement on it, the pics are great to help but we aren't -with- her.

Give her the normal water you would, remember to water her after the lights are off (it protects the roots).

Nah nah nah, I'm not trying to call anyone out or try to blame anyone, like you said I'm the one that is actually here and has a chance to see and feel her. All I was trying to say was that I always see people respond to a new grower having problems with the classic "you're giving too much water", which might be true but I just think it's thrown around too much is all I meant. I just cant fathom that I'm overwatering when this is what happens after only extending the plant 1 extra day than usual.

Sometimes people make a quick judgement off a photo and over and under watering can appear very similarly. Sometimes it's important to accompany a picture with a little information like, I watered a half gallon 4 days ago and came in to this (and post picture) so people will know right off the bat what is going on =) the more info people have with the pic the better they will understand what they see. Good luck mate! She will make it! Good vibes

Are you monitoring temp and humidity? If so, what are they looking like?

Temps are about 71 in the room, not sure what the temp in canopy is and I don't have something to check humidity but it's pretty damn dry in my house plus it's winter. I was thinking of adding a humidifier in my room that I'm growing but was worried of mold.

Thanks buddy! My only issue now is this damn "Fast and Vast" isn't very fast at all LOL. But hey I guess longer veg = better harvest in the long run.

Your most welcome! :) As far as longer veg, it can-but it depends on the strain, heat, water, nutes, daylight, etc. But don't give up! You are doing great from what I have seen so far, keep up what ever it is that makes her happy :) (and yourself of course lol)

So I told you guys how my local smoke is usually pretty shitty, well my buddy just got a batch of some absolute fire.
If I could always get this type of bud I wouldn't bother growing it lol.
