Brining is a whole nutha dimension. Been hip going on 5/6 yrs. It is awesome for sure. Hope you had a good one dude.

Just for the waste side, pump waste into a 40 gallon trash can then dump from there.

Ahh cool.was thinking about getting a run to waste system myself.the rhizosystem limonene uses looks like a good system for a decent price.

We had ours in the brine for 2 days
I always love a good deep fried turkey too tho

Yea brine for the win i make mine using veggie base salt brown sugar herbs spices . tip for a golden brown bird drape cheese cloth over the bird real snug then pour herbed butter on the cloth

Yessir same brine i use!!! Veg stock, brn sugar, kosher salt peppercorns, rosemary and tyme.

Another way to get a good skin is to start bird at 500deg for 30 min then kick down to 325 for duration

No snow until you get in the high country. Normally we would have a couple of dumps by now
