TBH I’m not entirely sure. I only have a pH pen and need to get a PPM meter. I would assume it’s still on the low side given it’s just RO and calmag.

It’s always been my go-to. I don’t like treating or filling up pots of soil if they’re not gonna crack. I just keep them heated for 24 hours, just enough to crack open. Once I can confirm a crack, they get planted.

All 12 successfully cracked!

I have been trying GNicks way and it works too. Just wastes time if it’s not going to pop.

Trying it with peppers & tomatoes atm. Put them in peat pucks after a soak but only one so far. Forgot them in the bathroom over night first day. Got a little dried out. But one it 2” so far.

I appreciate it man, and I understand what you mean. You’ll get there man, I know it. It’s hard finding the sweet spot that works for you, your medium, nutrients and genetics. It’s hard to read the plants and their wants and needs at times.

Last grow I learned a lot because I didn’t realize how much light intensity can effect nutrient uptake. I put my intensity at 100% at week 3 of flower which caused a huge deficiency fast. I then tried to fix my issue by feeding too much too fast and then got the reverse taco that never did go away.

I personally love running into issues and having problems in growing and in life. It helps you learn from your mistakes so you never have to make them again. They’re all learning lessons and all great experiences, good or bad….as long as your willing to learn from them.

Keep that head up bro and don’t let an issue or two stop ya, you’ve got this!!

Having some bumming issues with the next grow. I should’ve waited until my 2x2 came in because the soil was too cold. Only 3 of the 12 have sprouted. 1 G33xTGC and 2 PCxMAD. I’ve got the tent setup and it’s warmer now and hoping the rest will eventually sprout. I’m giving it another 4 days and if there’s nothing at that point I’m going to germinate a couple diff ones.

Well I’ve taken all the cracked but unsprouted seeds and soaked them in RO to see if I can make something happen though it’s not looking good. Out of the 12, only 3 were successful.

I went ahead and started soaking 5 white Runtz x Triangle Grape Cake to make up for my losses

So they cracked then just stopped at that point? Usually if I get them to crack they will continue. Hoping they will get going for ya. If they don’t I’ll replace them for ya. They are about a year old but have been in the fridge for some time .

Yeah, I have a feeling it was my fault not the seeds. I think I watered the soil too much and because I didn’t have the tent here and setup, it was sitting on the cold tile floor and made the soil too cold to continue the growth. I should have germinated longer I think. I’m just hoping the 1 G33xTGC is a female I was really looking forward to that one. I am going to try and reveg pheno #4 of Frostette, I’ve gotta try and save those traits. I’m kicking myself in the ass cause I knew better and yeah….

Either way, I’m soaking and hoping the best for them and I mean the backup plan I think will be a solid replacement

Ripening up great. Did a trichome check and mostly cloudy very small clear. I’ve got my chop day set for May 3rd. Wife’s got surgery on the 5th and want to get these hanging and drying so I can focus on that.
