im not entirely sure what you mean by they are better in veg?

I wasn't trying to say that lightmovers don't work in flower. Just that all my research turned up that a stable light was better. Hope you didnt take offense my previous post.....or this one for that matter.
I use one through flower and find that keeping the movement down to 2 feet is just enough to get outside nugs but also keep the inside ones well covered. I don't think I could get near the yield without them with my setup. On the other hand I wish I had 4 static 1000's and I would retire the mover... I think a lot of people misuse the mover (too much travel) and this is why the reports are often so negative. Just my 2 cents as a 4 time user of the mover. I got 4lbs of (low yielding OG) from 1600 (2-600s and 1-400) watts and thank the mover for most of this.
High again Mystre! :stonedsmilie:
Yeah, the trellis works very well. I attached some pics. I just built a frame out of 3/4" pvc pipe to attach it. Don't even have to glue it.
The trellis I got at Home De Pot for like treefitty, per. There is also a product called hortitrellis which is made out of plastic but this one works great.
It's not really a scrog but helps a lot to seperate the branches, get a more uniform canopy and stabilize everything.
My lightrail works well in flower, no complaints. :rauch08:
Best of luck with you girls!
FileError404,
Ya man! That's what Im talkin about! :rauch08:
or in the case of Texas Kid and some mpb treez, you can net them like a catch of fish (with a much better smell).
Love it.

I used to make my own with a maze of string and eyelet screws, but this stuff seems way better. You could build a frame for it, zip tie it to eyelets around the perimeter of the garden, or in the case of Texas Kid and some mpb treez, you can net them like a catch of fish (with a much better smell).
Love it.

Just thought I would add my 2 cents on the mover. I agree that alot of people over travel a mover. It's my idea that a mover should not be used to expand the area bigger than normal, rather to move the light a little so the buds can get the light from multi angles and create less leaf blockage or what have you. I read alot about people using a mover and DOUBLING their grow area with the same light. I disagree on that thinking. I believe that a mover should still be used over a 4x4 or a 4x5 area, giving an extra foot at most IMHO.
Just my opinion tho im no expert

Thanks for posting the pics, the netting looks really useful. Your plants look very happy in there
I just joined the forum (Please check my Introduction post) and I don't think links to other sites are kosher...
The girls look happy indeed :inlove Day 29 today... I'll take pic later but they look like they're a week ahead of schedule. I have a G13/Jack Herrer strain from Oaksterdam that already smells like pure rocket fuel... :D
KeepOnGrowingOn!
I concur about the DD systems. but I want to see someone attempt a dd-like setup but with a real areoponic system with the 50 micron water droplet size. I think that would be crazy fun to watch :) huge areo trees!! :nod
There is a guy called tree farmer on here doing just that. Although he doesnt update often the information is really good and his set up is pretty darn trick. Here's a link.....
I like having two main shoots as well... It's like a 2 for 1 deal. There's another way to accomplish that if you have ample time and space... Joe Shmoe used to top a plant, and then clone the top after it grew some more. So this can be intentionally done with some good timing... :coolThis plant i expect good things from also, she has two main stems that start from the very base of the plant (she's not the only like that either, I cloned a few plants to try and accomplish that from the start.. i had to pick very specific clones to get it like that :nerd
shit lookin right Mystre.Pharmer! it will be a jungle in there in a minute!
mystre farmer sweet grow. i've never grown thseeds hdf... however, i save the sites of my favorite grows, and big toke has grown it. you can read the journal here... he grew it along with ss ak47, and said hdf didn't even compare to ak47 in quality, smell, or yield. maybe grow ak47? i'm growing th seeds chocolate chunk and really like the smell though, so maybe hdf is good stuff.

Just curious if most shots are taken after the morning feeding? :wondering I've never done aero and I wasn't sure if you constantly or intermittently spray the roots... Seems a bit droopy... How's your humidity levels? I assume they're dialed-in...
