yeah I am a fungus nut mate, thats my thing, fungus, and the biomes of microbes that work with them to help keep nature growing without us. :-) What can they teach us, what can they help us with? they already do so this isnt new stuff, rather new eyes considering new uses.
We have started to learn how to make plastics from the same soil microbes we use to help us grow plants in more favorable conditions, so son we will grow the plastics from the microbes they now hold :-) like this http://www.sustainableplastics.org/about
