do you only top the upper branches, or all of them? It seems as though you would top just the upper to let the bottom branches catch up to make it bushy. I don't have the slightest. ok so ill just call you guys smart dan and pretty dan :jimlad:
i start off with just the main leader.once all the branches catch up i top anything that gets taller than the rest so i can keep em close to the t5 lamps.this is not for everyone.i try to keep well under my plant counts so big bushy plants with fewer numbers does this for me and keeps yields up there

one more thing. At what point do you make your first cut? I mean how tall does the plant have to be b4 the first snip on the main branch. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.Thank you sooooo much for replying to me. i do it when they are young.the top cut gets done when there maybe 4 sets of branches like this group which is just missing the top nodeone more thing. At what point do you make your first cut? I mean how tall does the plant have to be b4 the first snip on the main branch. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
then when they get a lil bigger like these i'll finish the process
what im shooting for before they go into the big pots
couple more nips a week or 2 before flower will give ya 20-40 colas :happy:
