That 14% to 20% humidity spike at lights out is now a 1% spike! Holding at 50%rh in the second hour of lights out, hopefully we can get that down a hair more in the next week.

Day 1 of week 6, buds are beginning to mature... still fighting with temperatures. Started running a new light program @ about 60 watts per square foot with a lower red spectrum for the last few weeks. The program I made matches Kind's "late flower" program but at 80% max intensity... This should help with temps.

I Harvest this one next week around Wednesday. Fast strain. 53 days I think. I'll do good for just 1 plant. The first crop is potted up and waiting for a flower tent.

Wrapping up in the flower tent. Day 50. Leech EC down to 0.4, fully defoliated and almost halfway through her second last day of light. I'll leave her in the dark for 24 hours before I chop her Wednesday morning for a fast 53 day bloom.

Mostly what I'll get from this plant is the experience I need for the next four coming up on her heels here... And maybe a QP, maybe... of nice, high potency, balanced CBD/THC strain. Cured just in time for the light therapy/seasonal affective disorder thing to start up again lol.

I jumped gun by 12 hours and harvested. Looks like a QP or better. Nice looking buds! Calyxy... But it will do fine.

I'll get that flower tent mopped down tonight and move the drying in there until I trim and throw it in the rack in a few days.

New accommodations and new temp issues. Can't get it above 22 degrees in the big tent, even running all lights at max ... Summer in the basement is over. I'll move the air intake back to the warm side of the wall today.

I can't wait to try this stuff!

Intake box is back in the warmer room... still 21.6 C and falling. I guess my no heat season is over after only 4 weeks. Heading down to kick up our utility bill now...

The benefit of having to heat is having control of the heat. Holding at 24 degrees on the nose in there tonight. Back into more familiar waters.

Trimmed today... A, damp trim I guess you would call it. I like to get at it before the leaves curl in and harden up plus its harder to damage the trichomes at that stage. I'm in a bit of a hurry, (I know, patience, whatever lol) to get this curing for my personal use, this is also faster than hanging to dry.

I would say 4 - 5 ounces but until I get it on the scale its anyone's guess. Its all drying in the racks now. Should only be a couple days before I jar it now that my basement climate has returned to normal.

Late night last night making up the butter and monitoring pots as they dry out at the least convenient times. I had two pots come up dry at midnight... Three more around 3 am by my best guess. I fell asleep around 2am. Woke up at 6am to three bone dry pots. I fed them each half a liter as I didn't want them to go to bed bone dry... I prefer to water an hour after the lights come on, doesn't always work out that way. Especially the first/second watering after a transplant. I'll get them in line shortly.

Did a big bad hair cut on the girls in the big tent last night. All but 1 got stripped down pretty good. The last one will provide some spur of the moment clones tonight and then visit the barber as well.

I would hope that if I had a bad haircut my plants would not decide to post pictures of me on line. I will afford them the same respect.

A little over a week to recover and flip back to flower.

(I'll post pics tonight lol, the anti-defoliation folks are not going to like this lol)

What is your current cloning process? I assume there was no double dipping this time?

No double dipping, went with the gel only.

Heres what I've changed;
I've started cloning from plant to block, 1 at a time, instead of taking a bunch and letting them sit in water while I trim and plug. I increased the temp at the heat mat to 26 degrees Celsius, raised the lights to 30" and remembered to add kelp when adjusting/soaking blocks.

Other than that, I still do it exactly the way I was trained to. I clean and prep the day before, warm up the tent 12 hours prior to cloning. Take my clones, leave covered for 5 days with vents closed, opening once a day to remove excess moisture... then, I begin to open them up and work down the tent humidity over a week to 60 - 70% rh... Feeding 11 ml each 2 x a day once they start to drink... I just woke up... Lol... ...

Is there a specific part you're interested in? I feel like I'm skipping through, not really covering it...

That does it! I'm just curious what you are changing because you are so deliberate with the process.
