Whelp... here we are. Ive been busier than a squirrel in acorn season, so havent been around here much. Who knew running a full time business and having a full time job on top of that would eat up so much time, but here i am..
Keeping it wet.. thats about all i can say lol... I spend all of 5 mins in here per day, if that. Maybe 10 if i gotta refil the res. Next one will be different once things slow down at work for the winter.

Also, all the smaller plants in the middle up front are a solid 3 weeks behind the bigger plants, if anyone is wondering why the buds upfront seem so small... The clones from the seed plants took over 2 and a half weeks to start flowering.

Long story short, the shed... is dead. The ventilation system was accidentally disconected last night and the room cooked at about 46 celcius all night. Completely unrecoverable. All my keeper strains are lost.
Huge setback, but my own stupid fault for not installing a high temp shutdown on my 240 circuit... live and learn.
With as busy as i am, the prospect of starting from scratch again is nauseating so im gonna pull the plug on the shed for a while and burn through my stash for a bit. So, likely not gonna be around much.

Thanks guys but Im honestly still too pissed off to even think rationally. These plants going fubar cost me a lot of time and money, and i dont have enogh time to run another cycle before my license expires, so thats gonna cost me even more money to restart now, plus buying more everything to start again. Ol' dirtbag has had the wind taken out of the sails...
To be honest, at the moment im not sure if im gonna even start it up again any time soon. For me to start over i need 16-24 clones to make it realistic, otherwise im growing moms or sorting males and i dont have the patience for that shit at this stage.
Last night i was a bit shocked, this morning im angry as hell.

Fem seeds.
I thought about fem seeds but then im looking at 6-7 weeks of sprouting and vegging before i can even flower. At least with clones its a 4 week veg. Im going to talk to some local friends today and see if anyone has spare clones. I know they have some killer strains but i dont know how the timing will work out.
The whole thing makes me sick lol... Ill have sunk nearly a thousand bucks into this dead grow in seeds, ferts, coco, electricity, odds and ends, and now i need to spend almost that much again to start over. That, and ill be very, very lucky if i have enough smoke to last me until i manage to pull another crop down in 4 months...
Ugh... fuck this just chaps me. And the fact that i lost my platinum cookies, pre-98 bubba, and dragon cheese keepers... that really hurts. They are gone for good.
Damn... man!

Here is the aftermath... The stench in here is disgusting. Also seems like my Dehu isnt working. Hopefully it shut itself down and didnt overheat. Really dont want to add that to my list of expenses.
Im tempted to deleaf these, put them outside and see if i can get the seeds in them to ripen. Though i dont know how 24hrs of major heat stress will affect the seed development.

Don't get me wrong, they look very rough, but are you sure they're dead? I have seen for instance tomato plants recover from looking like that.

No not sure, infact im pretty sure theyre still alive. But the pistils are cooked and the buds look finished almost, i dont forsee a whole lot of quality product coming out of here.Don't get me wrong, they look very rough, but are you sure they're dead? I have seen for instance tomato plants recover from looking like that.
That said, im definitely keeping the cookies plant just incase the seeds ripen.
