In the meantime, no one here was on that jury and heard all testimony. By expecting violence associated with the protests, because apparently now in this country we can protest our way beyond the law, we're stereotyping.

They don't talk too much about the Aiyana Jones case either, she was a 7 year old black girl who was shot during a police raid on the eastside ....the only reason it gets the little publicity it does is because a TV show crew was with them filming during the raid. The guy they were looking for wasn't even there and no illegal activity was present in the home. The media is another tool used to control people, the anchors don't even have to believe or write their own stories, they're reading them from a teleprompter ....whether they stand by the words or not! Caveman, if you lived in my neighborhood in the city and a guy was canvassing the street wearing a hoodie in the middle of the day you would look twice. On the other hand at my cabin you could walk down the street wearing tiger stripped leotards and nobody would give it a second thought. Alot of people just don't get it ......that's scary to me!

OK it's pretty much been clearly established that TM was not in that neighborhood to steal, so imagine someone is following you around in a car in dark, rainy weather while you're trying to get home. If they take it a step further and get out of their car to follow you ......yea, a frail intimidated person just might run off, but someone who feels they can handle themselves ...even if it's a teenage boy, they will ....more times than not!!

And let's be honest, we all feel a little cockier when we packin' heat! GZ didn't take the stand because it would have shown the world the truth! All the shit he did ...lying, withholding evidence, changing stories ........we still don't know what happened that night fully and since one of the participants is dead and the other's not talking .........why didn't he take the stand?
All that hatred in GZ voice during that night was totally ignored because of fear ......I have two boys and it's crazy I don't want them out of my sight now.

Dude could have been scoping it out to rob later. He was suspended from school for being in possession of burglary tools, a watch, and women's jewelry the previous year. Could have, is the key word. And yes there was that home invasion robbery that Z-man responded to before this all happened, that person who was robbed testified at trial. Because of that Z-man was not being some weird cop wannabe for thinking Martin looked suspicious.

Prosecution did nothing to close the gap on probable cause, the defense does not have to prove a thing. And you keep saying where are the pics of the wounds Z-man got are you even paying attention? Pictures have been shown constantly of cuts on the back of his head and his nose all bloody swollen and crooked definitely looks broken.

Prosecution was A "JOKE" they made the case "For" the defense, They presented evidence and wittiness's that "Support" Zimmerman on more than one occasion. All Defense had to do is say "See their (prosecutions) Evidence... We rest our case.

I don't have t.v. But all the pics I've seen show him in good health. Haven't seen those and honestly me watching the trial won't change the outcome so I didn't watch it.
I was pretty much thinking the whole thing was b.s. Read the Stand your Ground law, it sounds like something for a home invasion versus fighting in the streets or whatever it was.

Some folks made it sound like GZ was almost beaten to death...being unaware of how severe the beating was I thought GZ would look like he'd almost been beaten to death.

I'm curious how many people get murdered in the name of neighborhood watch...

Did they bring up that he was stoned and had bought (well had someone else buy for him) blunts at the 7-11? I didn't catch that. What they could have brought up also is that the famous "tea and skittles" was actually Arizona brand watermelon juice (we all know why they would have been hesitant to bring that up) and skittles, and the juice and skittles were not opened, because Martin was going to be making some Lean with them. His text message and facebook message history shows he was all about the Lean, and pretty ill-informed also i.e. Martin thought Robitussin was the same as codeine, lol. But he was talking about buying codeine syrup a lot, and Arizona watermelon juice + skittles or jolly ranchers are a popular mix for Lean.
