after building the ez stor pails for the veg. 8gal
only 1 of them cracked i built quite a few. but maybe it was the builder. but just to say i did crack one.
ro pak is the manufacture of the ez stor pails. if buying enough you might be able to go direct.
i used stack and nest totes from global industrial. they are super sturdy but pricey.
upskirt shot after 3 weeks veg.
this is 55" centers vegged for 4 weeks. this is 2nd week of flower. the girls are about 5'6" tall and about 5' wide.
after shipping it came to about...

i had similiar issues with my system. i used same totes as you. drop me a pm if your still having issues. i think i figured most of them out. i lost about 8 months from the day i started lol. tough but now i got it pretty much dialed now. ladies are strong an healthy no...
dont wannt thread hijack
the returns are on the left side of the pic can't see it really. i dont have any flow restrictions currently. a few systems i went from 3" to 2-3 feet of 2" then 1" to the pump. both ways i havn't had an issue yet. i want to see which way works better an...
nice work.
im sad to hear your gonna take it down an buy a unit.
i built a few on my own and it works great. im using 3" seals for the flower room units. im using 2" for veg ones. the buckets are stack an nest totes from global industrial. 20x24x13 is the size i use for the bloom. i...
uniseals dont really leak.
usually the bucket walls is leaking, mainly from bad holes being cut or when assembling the units.
if building your own systems make sure to file or sand down the edges of the pvc before assembly of your system. the sharp edges will cut the seals.

i have 5 ez clone 120's all running power clone now. with a timer. 1min on 15 min off.
thanks jack for showing me the power clone way!!!
these ones are cheaper and they are from the same place your looking at online. also they seem like they can take more weight when stacked.

i bought a bunch of balls too. i was hoping i would get the weighted ones that sink. but i got the ones that float :( hopefully i will be fine. but soon i will have my girls transplanted in the bio balls.
my 7 bucket system is using a 100 gal rez. i tested the system with no plants. my rez is 35% filled with the water fully pumping through the system.
im guessing with 10 plants....depending on which tote you use i would suggest 100-130 gallons you would need for your system.
good...
my spacing is 70" i think it's alittle much but i want them to have room.....and just incase they become tree's i dont want em to burn. i could always add a bucket.
i think i got way to much room. i might throw in another 2 buckets. but i'm gonna do a run like this and see how it goes. 16x24 is what im working with.
yea those pics where taken before i made my stands. i'm making custom stands for each bucket. i'll get more pics of the setup once i'm...

i started a 5k 4 bucket with the home depot style totes. i like the stack and nest totes alittle better. there is nothing wrong with the home depot style...actually they work great. i just wanted to try these out.
i had to take down my 5k 4 bucket due to security issues but i'm starting...

think my feed ring needs to be alittle smaller in diameter. same size tubing 1/2" but i think the ring needs to be smaller. gonna try it out an see how it does.
