I live in the highly respected Emerald Triangle where the climate is ideal for growing outdoors . I believe that we have flooded the "weed market" and that our price per lb. is the best value in the world. I can go to a local smoking lounge, pay a $10 entrance fee, choose samples from 30 to 40 different outdoor strains(very few indoor grows here and our outdoor grows are very good) and smoke until you feel like leaving. At that point I can take home the bud or BHO that I haven't smoked there. That amounts to 1 1/2 to 2 grams I take with me. They cannot be paying that much for their excellent samples. The owner bragged that "our outdoor is better than any indoor he has tried"

im southeast of yakima, mid columbia. We're way behind over here culturally. gotta travel to seattle often to keep up with all the badass new strains poppin up all over the place. With all the government money over here from hanford and other contracted companies, comes all the conservative bastards. most of the cities over here dont even allow medical gardens in city limits. sounds shitty and everything, but the upside is the black market here. I still hear about people paying 50 for 1/8ths and being happy about it.

I live in central washington and its literally high mountain desert here. Last season we actually got some rain that fucked some people over. But i've lived here 24 years and rain is definitely scarce. And the wind is only bad in early spring. For the most part the growing season in my part of washington is better than you described your area of washington. Just make sure your growing indica or indica dominant strains. I had an unknown strain that I swear had to be 100% sativa. That fucker barely produced 2 calyxes per leaf before she was froze out.

Definitely can't beat that cali sun though, you got that right my man. I've always been curious about the kind of buds, guys like us would be growing if we lived further south or even on the equator. Lol. HELLA!

I've never tried any decent cali outdoor but that's probably just because anything we see up here in WA is far from their best outdoor. I'm more shooting to one up nature with my indoor grows, not just mimic it. Being able to control each aspect of the environment to marijuana's ideal conditions isn't really the same as growing in the best outdoor climate.

Bummer for you fella...nothing beats the best outdo. we can't "one up" nature indoors- there's just less cloudy days;)

I love cheap Cali outdoor. Especially when the proceeds go to tweaked out scumbags with ten kids. Why are we talking about that in this thread? Oh yeah,Some tweaked out Cali asshole couldn't stop twacking their jaw in a Washington thread about our local prices. As if southern Oregon isn't tweaky enough. The moment you cross the stateline you can feel the desperation in the air. No water, high taxes and expensive power. Keep blasting out that cheap shitty low grade and shipping it everywhere. As soon as the Mexicans legalize it have fun paying your taxes. Their outdoor will kill yours in every way possible. Ha ha fucking ha. I'll be just fine with my warehouse that I own and my power bill at 5 cents per kilowatt hour .PUD baby, yeah. My spring water is real affordable as well, it's free.

I'm still getting $2800. And I will until the shops are licensed then I'm back to the usual. Fuck paying taxes and dealing with the government. The last thing I'm gonna do is support these cocksuckers. I'll pay taxes if they are to the Washington state department of agriculture for the production of wholesale agricultural products. Nothing more, just like my organic carrot crop. Anything else is wrong and extortionist. Lucky for me the county I live in has decided not to allow shops. Therefore protecting our counties thriving black market. Thanks lewis county, you guys are looking out for your local dope growers.

No hate. I just abhor senseless taxation and bureaucratic meddling. I love Cali strains as much as the next guy. It's the low quality overpriced flood that I find disruptive to our local market. If its $800 a pound just like unpressed outdoor sensemilla from mexico then I'm down. I also feel someone needs to dispel the image of magical northern Cali. I've spent plenty of time there. Anyone who lives there or has been there knows exactly what I'm referring to.
