Old fuck? I'm only halfway there, grasshopper. :p Never forget this truism:

Youth and Enthusiasm
Are no Match
For Age and Treachery
my wife of 30 years goes through the hot flashes, i can tell when she misses changing her patch, but i don't usually don't say nothing. i got to push my luck every once in a while.

both yall talking yoga, i used to run, but over the years i got away from it. not sure how yoga helps you lose weight but i know folks that have. well i may know cause if i did one hour yoga i wouldn't be able to move for a week.
I can't run, never been a runner. I used to walk and walk and walk. Can't do that anymore with these knees. After doing the first lesson, I can *totally* see how this makes people lose weight. It ain't easy!

You know, it's interesting, the reading I've been doing on longevity. Wanna know what's most important to living a long life? Having a sense of purpose, and community.
Sense of humor helps also ;^}

I'm pushing fifty, dragging my twenties like a blankie and can't remember most of my thirties or forties for the sanity of me BUT I am indeed most excited about my sixties, God willing I see it through.

Been missing in action lately, but now I`m here to save the day.
Wife went to see her Dr. today and good news was the word of the day. She should home next week sometime. How about an after evening bake, any joiners?

Sorry about neglecting this thread, don`t really wanna see it die either. A few like minded strangers stopped by I see, very good, hope they stop back again.
Somebody have a topic they wanna know more about ask away.
Somebody else may have a comment or even an answer.
I`m gonna sit back and fire up a bowl on my vape.

will be 60 next year. I ask the kids how old I look, they say around 50. my wife says I act like a 2 year old especially when I don't get my way.
Can wear myself out farming, fishing and fornicating, but I rebound and recharge quick like for more action.
I also believe the more active your are when you get older the better.
Fly fishing is the best therapy by far for middle to upper age folks.
Hand eye coordination, the wading, balancing, keeping a grip on the slippery rocks keeps the mind sharp and active. By end of a full day I am wore out and the kids are too.
Diet, exercise ATTITUDE!!!! are key to a happy healthy life in the later years.
I have made all my mistakes and learned a lot the hard way, but do hope to learn some thing new every day.
Again the best is yet to come, my motto....

I've got to get on the diet and exercise program, just can't seem to get motivated... Pretty much semi-retired and have put on some lbs... I stay active riding my BMW R1200RT street motorcycle, I'm very active in my local club... actually just sold my race enduro bike just a few months ago after I found all I was doing was getting hurt...(the wife wasn't too happy with it) and every-time I rode, I'd get off the bike looking for a stretcher, auto heart defibrillator, oxygen and morphine! :)

Morning OFC. Can I partake in some wake and bake.
I guess I fit the bill. Three more years till I get to retire. Will still have to take a 12% hit for being under 60! Oh well it will be worth it the aches and pains keep multiplying.
Quit smoking cigs same day I got new hip 12/13/13. Put on 20 lb. feel bloated. Time for the yoga and cut out the sugar. But the hip is Great! @wahtoogee I can ride my HD again freedom and stress relief.
Alright enough rambling and procrastinating time to grade the driveway. Never know when I'll get the call to go back to work. Lol I don't call them untill I get bored.
Smoke on and keep it green.
