I apologize....I am not in the business of proving my knowledge...you can take it with a grain of salt....as I am sure you do...and I usually don't get along with people that drink the Kool Aid....I did however enjoi that letter from Arjan....I personally have never met anyone that has grown a Greenhouse seed but I guess there are many around the world...I have never personally grown anything really from any company....I have a Jew Gold in my yard....a buddy gave me a cut just because he has it....he has had the cut long before DNA ever purchased it....I have also grown Arcata cut TW....but all the rest are Landrace Affies and one IBL Mexi which I like to call Cartel OG just because...All of my grows are for me and nobody else...I have never made a profit and I don't care to so I really don't give 2 shits about the world of sales....but from the people that I associate with...I am in belief of what I stand by..whether anyone wants to believe dosnt matter....Another thing....what does...It didn't so they don't mean...are you talking about where the genetics came from....research the history of medical cannabis in the United States....this topic has already been covered...Like I have stated before....Humans have very short memories

Yes that letter from Arjan was quite amusing. Don't really know what to think of it nor do I care to be honest. Who knows what the truth is there? Again there are always 3 sides to every story. The only thing I care about is the results from the product.

I do appreciate the historical fact of US medicinal cannabis that you mentioned. I don't doubt any of that. My point is how far back is credit due for current results? The holder of the current parentals or 100 generations back? Does it really matter provided the end user gets the results they want?

I do see the angle you take there. But the question is it by design or by consequence? The results are the same but the intentions were different.

My money is on consequence. After all the DEA still is trying to argue cannabis has zero medical application. Maybe Watson was the only one to make the application? Maybe he knew the right people? I don't know so I can't make a valid decision either way. If I remember rightly Howard Marks had a permit to study cannabis in the UK back in the 70's. I don't have the book handy so I can't say for certain either.

That seems to be the way the US Federal government and its agencies operate all over the world and in all areas. They do because they can. Most governments would do the same if they could.

@crocodile og so when Cannabis started it's prohibition would be exactly at the same time the DEA was created...and literally the propaganda that was used to create the DEA was quite literally all about the Devils Lettuce......there is a lot of history and information which is really long and winded...I will just give a little scratch of the surface...which is also a matter of public record.....when Agents of the Organization were caught partying with the cartel the investigation brought a lot of things to the surface....one of them being the DEA spends 1.2 billion tax dollars a year "Training Mexican soldiers on the War on Drugs" but the consensus is that over 50% of those soldiers and other government officials are tied to the Narco Trafficing in one way or another....hence we are spending 1.2 billion to train Narco soldiers....does that make sense....tie that to the fact that DEA were caught partying with them and right after the head stepped down.....Look up Anabel Hernandez and her book Narcoland for more info.....pretty interesting.....I don't hate on that because it is a business...but I to like to cut out the middle man....I would much rather grow my tomatoes in my own back yard instead of purchasing them from a supermarket and I only will purchase from a farmers market once in a while just to try others products out....get it....one final thought....there is no such thing is a gold standard any more...money has no true value as it once did...it is actually just digital value....# on a computer screen....paper money is just a promise note that they promise to fill your digital load....there are only to things really is see worldwide that has substantial value as in live have been lost significantly Oil and Cannabis...it was stated that cannabis was US #1 cash crop with California leading the way...not Denver or Washington....it was also stated that the US was the largest producer of oil 2014....we all know what happens with oil wars...which is still being waged as we speak....
