They are growing up :p:p The pots look nice as well , I'm wondering why the pot has gear inside, for giving bigger coverage size for mud then the root can breath better? haahah just curious

All those panels and you guys are putting me through all this crap to get a replacement LOL. And that's just one of multiple warehouses' , shaking my head. I tell ya , you guys really know how to treat a customer. I did my part and sent it back , I even had to spend money out of my pocket because I was sent the wrong label, so don't say I'm not cooperating. Shipping wasn't supposed to cost me anything.

How long am I supposed to wait without a light ? You told me to be patient but come on now , this has been going on for 5 weeks and counting. It would be nice if someone from the " REPAIR " shop would contact me and let me know they recieved the package and what they plan to do. I've contacted them more than once and can't get a reply. I mailed it a week ago and they had it since the end of last week

Hi Eastcoastjoe,

I totally understand how you feel if you need to wait for a while, but I have told you might need to wait for couple of days, because there are still few lights waiting in the line :) and the shop doesn't only repair lights, they have other work to do as well. Normally 5 working days will start to check your lights, it's been 3 working days since your ligtht arrived there. Please don't worry, we will try our best to be fast ok? I'm contacting with the staff there now.

That shop is in charge of fixing all the lights in whole America, America is not a small country, that's why might need couple of days to wait... I apologize for the inconvenience for you, please just wait 2 or 3days more, I will give you a reply here . Maybe because of the cultural difference, and we r really far from America, sometimes we can meet the problem to communicate or find the right time to contact there, we will learn from all these lessons, and try to be better , hope this kind of issue will not happen again.
