you can flower Autos in your veg room with reg photo plants vegging.just leave your lights on 18/6 at least.

I have Four Autos flowering in same room my cookie mom is vegging in,no worries!

Yeah, I had a veg room with regular plants and some autos. The Autos Started flowering in veg (or showing female pisils, which I thought meant they started to flower)... they were too small to start flowering and I wasn't impressed.
I threw them in the flower room, but later trashed them due to size.

Ok ,so you were just confused with them.
That's cool,if they were feminized Autos then you could have left them in your veg room to finish flowering, the more light they like..
You could of left them in there even if they were Regular Autos,just check for males .
They start to flower at around 5" tall or so ,but continue to stretch all the way threw flower. Most now days finish around 3' or so and yield roughly 2-3ozs per plant if not stressed out.
You should give them a try. No you can't clone ,so they are a one go plant.
But many different crosses out there now.

No. I didnt try them. I just don't care for any of the characteristics of the ruderalis in my garden. Each to their own, I guess.

If I hit an auto with reg pollen will that make auto seeds?

Its time to spice things up a little bit round here and have some fun!

I will be running 2 grow offs and the first one starts soon!

Here is how it will work.
The first competition will be a party cup grow off.
Everyone involved will be required to meet 2 conditions
1. Everyone taking part must post an update a minimum of once a week
2. Everyone taking part must grow from start to finish in a 500ml cup
Apart from that the rest is up to you. Use whatever medium, nutrients and strain you want.
The start date to drop your seeds will be 1st December so you have 2 weeks to get ready if you want in.

The second grow off is a bit more exclusive. To qualify you must either have a documented grow on this site or be taking part in the party cup grow off. This grow off will be for full size plants in 12litre/3 gallon pots
so it will be a more in depth competition plus we will all be using the same strain, but more about that when the time draws near.

For now I will be concentrating on getting things sorted my end for the party cup grow off and to do that I need people to take part so spread the word and lets get the THC farmer community buzzing!

Yes and no
Yes it has to be autos so we are all on the same timescale but no it doesn't have to be mine any auto will do.
Just make sure its not a superauto like think different as they take a few weeks longer to finish

@Quagmire is such a BULLY! And a pompous one at that! Trying to take all the Search for Red glory for himself!!
Just kidding you guys, especially you quag, but not to jump the gun quags DOES have an actual BRB FLOWERING if I'm not mistaken whereas I MAY or MAY NOT have one...or two. Who knows!?? Well, actually, ILL KNOW probly in a week or so. Especially if I see the nanners on ONE! And in THAT case I may have succeeded in growing a BRB just unfortunately not a female...

I have some old Joint Doctor Lowryders I never grew out. Definitely won't get the yield prize as from what I remember these were among the first auto's on the market. Does it have to be a soil grow?

Nice :) Should be a fun Project :) So it starts December first then. Gives me a few days to put together my tropical diorama. :)

A super Auto is one that has flower time 110 days plus ,it reaches the four to six foot hieght.
He wants just reg flower time Autos ,i.e. Around 8-9 week or 70-80 day finishers,or shorter if you have them.feminized would be better chances also.
Should be fun for sure.

See ,this is what's good about it. All the different strains we get to see at once growing.
It should be pretty damn cool I must say! Now I can see what I might want to try next,who knows,huh?
