in buenos aires u can get a 10/10 full melt steak and a bottle of malbec for £20 with 6 tapas sides and its better than any steak I've eaten in any restaurant in the uk.

haha i seal my steak, put it in the oven for a couple of minutes in foil to save all the juice and then i pour it back on the steak for more meaty flavour.

Up late with one eye closed. Crashing as I'm typing. I'm glad myself those took off so quick. By the morning I'm guessing they'll be all above the ground. I'm thrilled like a kid right before Christmas, checking on them like every hour. Almost forgot how this goes.
