Molasses works period. My microscope proves that. Making tea without a microscope is like playing the lottery... maybe you win but most likely you won't...
Of course you can use other sources for food but that doesn't mean you don't need a microscope. Besides you if you have a properly built soil you would have no need for AACT. Yes you do need a powerful pump, it's not just for oxygen, it's for agitation too.

What if we went by medical science from the 1700's? We'd be better to grow plants the same as then, but wait Advanced Nutrients, Bonticare and whatever other ones haven't been invented yet so how could we grow plant? We couldn't, we'd have to wait hundreds of years for the fools grow store to open!

I couldn't even begin to tell you how many as-builts I've submitted on blueprints from engineers with degrees being wrong .

Period blood is beneficial, the best way to collect is with a diva cup... better than blood meal which is horrible! There's hundreds of beneficial but that doesn't mean we need them all. A couple rocks, double that for minerals and you're good but being commercialized America we wanna buy buy and add it because diversity or something like that!
So add em1, grokashi, brokashi, em 2-8000, insect frass, period blood, bat guano, magic marker, bran, Scooby doo, bud candy, Epson salt, worm castings from the bag that's been sitting on the shelf, microbes, water from a glacier, tea brewed at your grow shop and hydrogen peroxide I think we're good to go unless I miss something

Cornell mix...it will do ya just fine. I can admit i give my plants more than they need. Do my plants need coconut water or aloe? Nope but I take extra steps to ensure I'm driving my soil at its peak as well as keeping my plants peaked out however I'm beginning to find that MBP on its own with a kelp/karanja tea weekly keeps things chugging along fine.

I'm always looking to cut inputs as long as I'm not putting my plants at risk or limiting my plants of maximum potential in doing so.

people just don't believe that you can build a solid soil and add only water infinitely...basically...They think nutrients just jump out of your pot or something. I hate it when my molybdenum runs away from home.

He has likely been using the same soil for years and years without turning it. I have heard no till guys say they dropped off to water only and didn't notice any decline after the bed has been established a couple years. He comes off crazy but he does in fact know his shit.

Have you grown any of coots work? I love velvet rush. Gas sells them through swami seeds. Greengenes Maui Wowie is pretty rad too, he worked on it for twenty years if I remember correctly, it goes by cherry bomb
