Well the only one bad thing for you guys coming to this thread now, is you know im gonna be boring the hell out of you with my fitness shit.. Lol I try not to be to bad, I promise lol..
Anyway did a run of my new workout that starts Mon. Set it up downstairs.
I leave my comments with this.
You can work out at the fitness gym on the machines all you want, and get your lil muscles popping,,
but just as soon as you get underneath some steel,
you find out just how strong, or in my case just how weak you are.
I had not done any squats till today, so I used my steal weights in the basement and did some...
Woah.. I got an uphill journey..
How ever by the 4th and 5th set I was doing better!
That first set, was almost the last!
My body hadnt been under that amount of weight in years.. in a squat.
When I got to the bottom of that first squat,
the same feeling came over me that I had 35 years ago when I ran my mouth and got in a fight,
and found out I didnt know how to fight...
lol..
There is just a feeling that sweeps over your whole nervous system when you do squats!!
