Yep, 20% is my go to, many many years growing at between 10 and 30% amber, have had bad insomnia for over 20 years. Learning to grow my weed to the correct ripeness was a godsend. Have slept like a champ for the last 12-13 years. Fake news sites, lol if you only knew douchebag

this never happens without doing multiple harvests, while waiting for bottoms to ripen up.
always end up with 5% or more amber.
