Apparently green light doesnt interfere with phytochrome red/far red so a green LED light at night *should* be ok but im a bit anal and light is still light so my vote goes with Aqua. Besides, you wont get accurate lead temps during lights out anyways.

Great idea but NVG throw out A LOT of IR light. Not something you want to aim at plants during lights out. Just saying. Sorry to burst your bubble.I HATE when that happens!

That's after a couple hrs right?. You can bump temps up. Ideally leaf tenls of 75-77f. That's not to say that 68 is not going to grow plants though.

It's my dam autocorrect. It doesn't speak English. I need to reset it as it now changes proper spelling to misspelled words. Temps is one of the ones it always does.... I usually try to correct them but I now I only do some and if I post and miss it I just leave it lol.

It shows am average. Think of it like a light that shines like a cone from the end of the meter. The farther away you are from what you aim it at, the larger the area is that it is measuring. It looks at the whole area diffused and give you an average temp.
Spell corrupt. I love that......... it happens so often it should reallybe called auto corrupt
5f off of what air temps? That's absolutely normal if so... Under LED they will be around 5-10f lower.
Hey i was thinking, the reason there might be a difference is that the IR thermometer measures surface temp and the AC Infinity sensors are atmospheric. Might explain the difference? Sorry but i a few dabs and then i just started thinking about this so its cool if you ignore. Lol
