Why does everyone use FF? Every since they changed the formula for their products, it just doesn't work the same. You have to add all kinds of junk to it to get a decent soil. the more you add, the harder it is to keep stable.

I use it because it's what's available locally. I've heard that also but it's that or pay exorbitant shipping for something else I suppose.

Damn that's ridonk. I think I pay a little less than $20 out the door for 1.5cf w/ the vet discount. LUSH does look pretty awesome! Looks like there's a place within 30 mins of me that would carry it. Definitely going to check the store out.

Turned the lights up a touch. I don't have much room to add soil in the pot to support the stem if she starts doin a gangsta lean. Just leaving a measurement here for reference.

Those macro pics looks great. Depth of field can be a real bitch to manage on a macro lens but you can also use that to your advantage sometimes.

Medium has dried out pretty good again so I'm going to test a double up on the water. I've been researching Real Growers Recharge and Amazon was kind enough to serve up my bag yesterday. I'm adding a very small amount to both Hank and Lola's soil based on Dude Grows user guide. Like yummy microbial chocolate milk

I used my 0.000g scale to reduce the 1 gal recommendation down to about 1/32 of a tsp. Hank got 2 oz of water, then another 2 oz of Recharge milk. Lola just got a top soak of both. I see her little busket head at the soil level, so I'm happy to see she's moving just as quick as the seeds I've dropped directly into the 5 gal pots to germinate.

OT, but why for the love of whatever you consider holy, do no two hygrometer and probe humidity readings ever match

Awesome! I definitely am, I’ll keep an eye out for it. I have been eyeballing HLG Rspecs a lot lately, but definitely don’t have a practical need or proof of concept that would even remotely justify moving up to something at an $800 price point.

Ugggggghhh. I can't for the life of me understand this. I don't even know what to do next to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Makes me want to quit I tell ya! But I won't. I can't be the only person alive that can't grow some trees.

That looks like damping off caused by Pythium. Probably caused by overwatering due to being in too large of containers at that stage.
