Will Indoor Bud be around in 5 years??

I'm happy to take criticism lol, that's how you improve. I grew 5 strains last season and 2 were not up to snuff both in effects, smell and taste, so they went to the edibles pile. One of them was GSC, I dunno if I just got a subpar pheno or what, but it definitely didn't live up to the hype that strain gets, I won't grow it again. The other was Golasa, but that was probably more on me because it was at another location and didn't get babied near as much as my garden ladies and also didn't have full day sun like them, but had enough. Looked beautiful, but again, the high was just meh and so was the taste. You get out what you put in.

I grew GDP by Ken Estes when it first came out,I fell for the hype, and it went in the bin,some of the biggest buds I have ever grown and it did go purple,maybe I got a bad batch but it was weak ,I have no loyalty to any strains,if I find better the worst goes in the bin.

I'm not saying my shit is better than anyone else's, but it ain't poo and it's surely smokable. Way better than dispensary weed. Also, if you don't get high from Pot, I don't think you get a vote on what is better lol.

I'm for sure going to continue to do both!! Just like having Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Peppers in the garden, it's nice having the outdoor going all summer, and flowering in the fall. I'm small time indoor, it's just for connoisseurship and good fun... hey try this out, and sharing with friends. You can tell when you have something good outdoor/indoor.

My vote on what is better is more valid because of the thousands and thousands of pounds I've seen. My role as a purchaser. And my association with the sales side of the industry. Outdoor weed isn't good. No one buys it. Packs of it don't move here. No one wants to smoke it. And guys that grow pot don't offer someone outdoor as a smoke. It's an export product with very little value. The reason I say it is based on: selling literal tonnage. And exclusive industry immersion. Taste. Color and smell. You don't even smoke it first. If outdoor was good here. I'd know.

Exactly. I'm a gardener, so I'll always prefer playing in the dirt and sun over a stuffy tent... each method has pros and cons, like everything in life, but to make a blanket statement that all outdoor is shit, is just silly. That's like me saying my state is the best area in the world to live without having traveled outside of my state or country... How do I know that? I can't because I've only seen what my state has to offer. Just cause the outdoor @Ponky Has come across is shit, doesn't mean ALL outdoor is shit. Plenty of outdoor growers on the farm that I'm sure would agree.

The only time I smoked a good purple was from the red shishk line from spice of life,it was fantastic but i planted a lot to get it and never found anything else like it again in purple plants. I guess I haven't been lucky but a lot of people love the purple plants.

Not tonnage outdoor. I'm a broker. I see thousands of loads a year. From hundreds of growers. All indoor. And a couple large outdoor shows a year. The black market uses clones. And seeds aren't a thing anyone uses to grow loads. That's the hobby and pheno side.

Outdoor grown well is very very hard to come by. I’d say the top 5% can hang the rest is mids. Especially in Colorado. You guys suck hahahaha and you’ll never see the frosty’s like this. I’ve had samples of this grown outside in Oklahoma by loompa. And it was in my top 5 all time outdoor smokes. Was very nice but not this nice and people pay more for looks I know that for a fact.
My favorite sun growns all time came from my friend in Hawaii and a dude who popped out of a car in the snowboard parking lot from California. Dude had like 5 varieties and they were killer.

Purple is prettier and can taste better but the high is always subpar especially after the initial toke. The best purple week I’ve had that got me high and still had that nice flavor was dawg waltz.

Your exactly right. Those dudes who grow the monster fifteen foot tall and wide polys are like guys who by lifted trucks. My balls are bigger then yours attitude. Keep them small quality goes up. The other thing is outdoor farmers be spraying and spraying and spraying some more. Indoor when you get your shit clean you can keep it there and go full cycles without spraying anything.

I try to not spray anything once flower starts if I can help it, but if I do it's something organic.
