Also have close can you safely cut to bud rot and save stuff?
Depends on if its in the stem on the inside of the bud or on the outside, if its on the stem you can see how far its spread by following it on the stem. But yeah that shit sucks man, can't tell you how much bud I've basically thrown away from bud rot. Try using a compost teas foliar or a bio-cide product next time to prevent that. If they are getting rained on its gona get worse. So you should harvest the stuff with rot on it maybe, get it out of there. Looking at the pictures, you got about 2-3 weeks left. They look like they got too much N, or like inconsistent lighting, you've been bringing them in and out of your garage at the same time every morning?

You gotta trim out your plants threw out the veg and in the first 2 weeks of flower.

I'm about a week or two away from the 2022 chop. Very little problems this year knock on wood. My HHH mother and clone are behind so I might have to chop them early depending on weather. They are roughly 3 weeks behind. Very little bud rot this year (again knock on wood) the day time temps will be in the low to mid 60s and the nights are dropping to the mid 40s to low 50s so I hope to get some fall colors.
I think you’re being pretty optimistic on that timeline for finishing. Uphill now you have been growing pot, but from here on out you are testing your nerve! L O L

My current outdoor grow. Kept them small, these clones went out 1st week of July. The bluemat watering system is making it very easy. I still have to check them frequently but so much less time. Mostly feed dry amendments, they will get a few liquid feeds of Netcar for the Gods.

Looking good but personally would keep ‘em in the dark when it’s dark no matter how bad I wanted a good pic.

600 gallon pots? The roots only drop like 4 ft max, that must be a pretty wide pot.

I'm the glass half full kinda guy 😂 except for the HHH they all are plumping up nice. The Bruce banner is going to be the first. Already a few amber trichomes. The hairs are turning on the others. At least two will be partial harvest. I been combining through them every day very carefully. I been reading every individual plant and paying attention to what they are telling me. I been doing this going on 15 years so I been pretty good at gauging harvest window.

Your green house looks super tight snd neat, the plants are spaced perfectly, height wise and volume. You killed it.

What is telling you nitrogen? I bet you’re right as I’m on sensi bloom and part a is all nitrogen and part b has nitrogen also, I got on that cause I was nitrogen deficient going into flower and was trying to correct that….they do pretty much come out of garage at same time every day.

I’ve come to grips I probably won’t make idea harvest but trying to get as close as possible. What’s telling you 2-3 more weeks?

My questions are coming from curiosity as this is my first time and I’d like to look at what to look for…

The plants are still really green, especially for a soil grow this late in flower. They should be showing beginning signs of a nice fade, such as stems and sugar leaves changing color, and fan leaves fading out. Also, nitrogen in flower is actually counter-productive at a certain point. If you underfed during the stretch, and went N deficient, it's really hard to make that back up -- pretty much only certain strains and foliar feeding will be reactive enough. It's usually too little, too late.
I would get a mini microscope in the 50X-100X range, doesn't have to be science-grade. Inspect the trichs on the colas and lower growth to get an idea of where they're really at. It's the only real way, especially outdoors.

On a side note, I feel like for whatever reason, things are finishing sooner than expected outside. I was seeing pre-flowers in June, and was in full-flower by mid-July. Was expecting this strain to go to mid-October, but I doubt it will go past the first week. Not that I'm complaining!!

Those are going to be much much better off. Good work. At this point in the game you won't really hurt your yield by trimming you actually help protect it by trimming (helps you notice any rot or pests and creates way better air flow)

I've seen some plants with bud rot in just a few buds and that's it. I've also seen it spread like wildfire threw a whole crop. One thing to look for is if the sugar leaf's pull out of the buds super easy it's got it on the inside and that's where it starts. Powdery milldew is one thing but bud rot really sucks and i wouldn't even attempt to salvage/smoke bud rot

Yeah thats a lot to take off all at once this late in flower, thats going to cause root some shed. You should have had that trimmed out more sooner. What strain is it? The wy the bud look stacked like they do tell me maybe there was too much N or they had a rough transition into flowering. Most people mess up by thinking they have a deficiency they don't even have and make it worse by over feeding.

They were really yellowing preflower that’s stopped, a bunch of the big fan leaves internally where fading yellow when I cleaned them up should I stop part a on the sensi bloom? Less nitrogen?
