Ppfd is at 340
You can raise the light to about 18 - 24” and then turn the light up a little to regain the ppfd. Setting it at 300 which is slightly less then where it is now. Between raising the light and dropping ppfd a little may encourage more stretch. Are you feeding any grow amendments yet?Ppfd is at 340
And watch the leaf temps if you got that ir gun yet. Making those adjustments to your light I described in my previous post might drop their temp a degree or two.Ppfd is at 340
Did the first feeding on Tues. 2 tsp liquid nutes. You can raise the light to about 18 - 24” and then turn the light up a little to regain the ppfd. I'll get the ir gun tomorrowAnd watch the leaf temps if you got that ir gun yet. Making those adjustments to your light I described in my previous post might drop their temp a degree or two.
I am going to assume that was a low dose or hope so. First feedings of a young plant start low. Like 1/4 to 1/2 strength. 2 tsp is 10ml and assuming it was mixed with 1 gal of water sounds high for a single nutrient solution, or was it a combination of multiple nutrient products to get 2 tsp?Did the first feeding on Tues. 2 tsp liquid nutes.
And that adds up to 2tsp how?1/2 gal of water, 1/4 tsp of Epson Salt. 3 gal of dirt
2 tsp of what exactly? What nutrient product?2tsp in 1/2 gal of water along with 1/4 tsp of Epson salt.
How far did you move that light up? You may need to lower it again to get the vpd a little more in to the safe zone. Don’t forget to check your ppfd afterward. Me, I’d rather sacrifice trying to encourage stretch over having to low a vpd. It’s a balance act. How long ago you water? Leaf temps do drop afterward. If it was recently maybe wait until morning and recheck. They don’t transpire during lights out so no harm.Day 18
Girl looks good. I got my ir gun. VPN is .39kpa, Right on the border of fine and not so fine. According to the chart. The nutes I'm using right now is fox farms grow big.
Added exhaust fan. It's starting to get smelly

If you ain’t moved the light turn up the heater. Is a fan blowing at the plant or pot it is in? If so point the fan at a wall. You need to raise the leaf temp a degree or two. Ideal leaf temp is 75 - 77 degrees if you can achieve that while maintaining a healthy vpd. One thing about that chart you can plug in your target leaf temp and then play with the ambient temp and humidity numbers to see what they would need to be to achieve your target leaf temp and vpd. Your plant looks to be coming along well.I haven't moved the light It's still at Same height. I watered on Tues. It's a little too close to bad for me too lol. I'll try to check it tomorrow.
I’d leave those solar panels for now. Vpd of 1.45 kPa is pushing the envelope for that plant. Typically that vpd is more appropriate for a plant mid to late flower.Do I need to trim off the lower fan leaves or just leave them?
Forgot to ask if you have a small humidifier? Mist types are best.I’d leave those solar panels for now. Vpd of 1.45 kPa is pushing the envelope for that plant. Typically that vpd is more appropriate for a plant mid to late flower.
