Ppfd is at 340
You can raise the light to about 18 - 24” and then turn the light up a little to regain the ppfd. Setting it at 300 which is slightly less then where it is now. Between raising the light and dropping ppfd a little may encourage more stretch. Are you feeding any grow amendments yet?

And watch the leaf temps if you got that ir gun yet. Making those adjustments to your light I described in my previous post might drop their temp a degree or two.

Did the first feeding on Tues. 2 tsp liquid nutes.

I am going to assume that was a low dose or hope so. First feedings of a young plant start low. Like 1/4 to 1/2 strength. 2 tsp is 10ml and assuming it was mixed with 1 gal of water sounds high for a single nutrient solution, or was it a combination of multiple nutrient products to get 2 tsp?

2tsp in 1/2 gal of water along with 1/4 tsp of Epson salt.

It's fox farms 3 bottle combo. One is tiger bloom. I'll have to look when I get home

Day 18
Girl looks good. I got my ir gun. VPN is .39kpa, Right on the border of fine and not so fine. According to the chart. The nutes I'm using right now is fox farms grow big.
Added exhaust fan. It's starting to get smelly

How far did you move that light up? You may need to lower it again to get the vpd a little more in to the safe zone. Don’t forget to check your ppfd afterward. Me, I’d rather sacrifice trying to encourage stretch over having to low a vpd. It’s a balance act. How long ago you water? Leaf temps do drop afterward. If it was recently maybe wait until morning and recheck. They don’t transpire during lights out so no harm.

I haven't moved the light It's still at Same height. I watered on Tues. It's a little too close to bad for me too lol. I'll try to check it tomorrow.

If you ain’t moved the light turn up the heater. Is a fan blowing at the plant or pot it is in? If so point the fan at a wall. You need to raise the leaf temp a degree or two. Ideal leaf temp is 75 - 77 degrees if you can achieve that while maintaining a healthy vpd. One thing about that chart you can plug in your target leaf temp and then play with the ambient temp and humidity numbers to see what they would need to be to achieve your target leaf temp and vpd. Your plant looks to be coming along well.

The fan is blowing on the plant. I keep meaning to point it another way and haven't done it yet.
Thanks for the help

The girl 21 days old
The leaf temps are running from 66F-88F and my rh is really low. I put a coffee can of water in there next to the heater. Hopefully to get the rh up. I installed my exhaust fan bc it was starting to smell. That's a no go.
DLI 30
VPD 1.45
Light is 12" above the girl
Anywho still looks good.
Edit: I've turned up the heater also

Do I need to trim off the lower fan leaves or just leave them?

I’d leave those solar panels for now. Vpd of 1.45 kPa is pushing the envelope for that plant. Typically that vpd is more appropriate for a plant mid to late flower.

Forgot to ask if you have a small humidifier? Mist types are best.
