This gal is looking more beautiful by the day! She's pretty much stopped drinking and ppms have been sitting at 420 (a sign?) for the past 3 days, she's puttin on her party dress for sure! 💃

A bit of amber in the trich's, but still letting her go. Less than a week as far as I can tell.

Had to post some pre harvest stills. Looking amazing, will take another look at the trichs tomorrow, see where we are but she is still drinking close to a gallon a day, seems she stopped eating altogether. PPM's rise throughout the day/night as she drinks, when I top off in the morning, the ppms go right back to where they were the day before - 420 😉

Super stoked about this harvest.

Did you get a brix refractometer? I’ll bet those top leaves are 15. Dripping with sugar. Not eating because she has everything she needs. Ethylene triggering finishing.

I did not Moe. Eventually I do want to get one but not yet.

Not much else to report other than she is drinking way less, I had to top off less than a 1/2 gallon this morning, she's getting real close. I could take her down now but I want to wait, hard to do, lol. I'm determined to get more amber than I've ever got and seeing some, just not enough for this round. Took a shot with lights out this morning, she is just gorgeous. Not quite as pristine as what I see some growers doing but I will get there. For all intents and purposes, this is my first hydro grow where I didn't have to have someone hold my hand throughout and I feel pretty good about that, not that I did not get help from ya'all, cause I definitely did, but I've cut my teeth and learned a lot, gonna hit the ground runnin in this new 4 site system!

Nice trichs! I am excited and hope the wait for more amber works well for you.
Your plant and skills are stout!

Thank you! I'm getting there and will improve with each grow. Thank you bro for all your words of wisdom!

Took another look at the trichs and still about the same as yesterday, I'd still like to see a bit more. She is also still drinking, topped off over 1/2 gallon this morning. I had read somewhere they will stop drinking about the time they are ready, but couldn't remember if they stopped completely or just slowed down. She has definitely slowed down on drinking and stopped feeding altogether.

A big question I have is should I do a budwash on these flowers when I harvest them? Funny question for an indoor grow but as some of you know, I have been remodeling my kitchen and at the same time, my new grow space, a 10' x 15' room off the kitchen. My current grow space is in the laundry room, the other door off the kitchen. There has been a TON of shit flying around this entire grow and I am a bit surprised I have been able to be successful and not had some sort of contamination in my res's. I took a lot of extra time during the job to keep things shop vac'd up to minimize the mess, both in my grow room and the rest of the house. Despite all my efforts, it's been a mess in there. Sometimes I forgot to close the door before I started using saws and such, and even the best of care, I do not think I could have kept all the crap out of there. I cleaned the room, sometimes multiple times a week, vacuuming the floor and wiping the dust off everything on the outside of the tents. I also had to wipe down the bucket lid 2 or 3 times when I noticed dust on it so I know those flowers have construction dust on them, not a lot, but definitely some.

I've never done a bud wash but have seen folks do it on their outdoor grows. Might have to look into that, I want to harvest today but I don't think they are ready yet.

Almost done with the construction project and my life can get back to normal, whatever that means 🤷‍♂️
Appliances coming next week!

Nice!

Is that laminate or vinyl plank? I've installed literally dozens of vinyl plank flooring jobs and have gotten pretty good at making intricate cuts around stuff.

It's a laminate flooring, free floating. It's a step up from what I put in the rest of the house and I do like it. I've never heard of vinyl plank flooring. Spent my career in siding and windows. I can do interior but it's way more of a challenge, especially the trim work, I just don't have the tools or the experience.

Vinyl is the cats meow… its the new laminate in a sense. Much more resistant and waterproof instead of resistant
