Victory Dabs!
Not only is Faux News C.Springs saying it's passed with 40-50% reporting...
They are also highlighting all the poor Facebook people who said
"They are going to have to move OUT of Colorado because of this"

Well somebody's going to have to make room for the new crop of transplants.

C'mon Trifecta!

Freedom!!
Abe has a lot of good ones!

“Prohibition... goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control mans' appetite through legislation and makes a crime out of things that are not even crimes... A prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our Government was founded.”

Sorry about mom. Aint it something how so many lifes are affected by legal druga and alcohol?
I know personaly how easy it is for alcohol to destroy ones life. So many are suffering, and dying.
Iam proud and sad to say Iam one of the very few that so far, one day at a time, have survived the addiction to alcohol, odds are against a long time recovery for most of us alkies. Some good folks still suffer. were never cured only in remission.
More folks suffer and die each and every day due to legaly prescribed drugs and alcohol than die from terror acts from our so called enimies, probaly like 10 times over, the enimie is our govt who is bought off by big pharma and taxes collected from these toxic substances used and abused, thats ok just keep quite and take your meds...We get what we deserve till we wake up and realize the truth. It all starts with one person, like me, working on being free, and serene from all the bullshit going on. Maybe Ican aspire others to follow ones heart and do whats right to make this a better place...

VICTORY

i know the laws are not perfect, but they are a huge step forward. voters have spoken like they did with the medical and look where we have gotten today. sure the road has been rough and sometimes unjust, but we have come a long way and changed the minds of many people along that journey. the stigma is being broken, marijuana is becoming mainstream...shit even DARE is laying off now.

You can thank George Soros.

For those of you who wanted 64 passed, hope and pray DUI-MJ doesn't come up again and get passed. Everyone and their grandmother will be clogged up in court battles, fines and incarceration.

Ken, here in CO, the lawmakers are shooting for a "no tolerance" level. Once passed, any detection of THC is considered guilty. They'll keep bringing up the bill until it passes. This is why I opposed 64 so strongly. It will be a lawyers dream come true. Not to mention all the grey areas in amend 64 and it's full of it.

I agree completely with you on this, now the cash starts flowing, sadly it starts flowing in the direction of the lawyers and the legislators, as well as law enforcement, the MMC advantage in licensing is not going to leave much room for the little guy in the commercial vendor world,........Same as it ever was, carry on nothing to see here!! Best to look at stelar quality as your ace in the hole!
