I've read, but never spoken to someone who did... that one may use hydroton, for exactly that purpose/similar, properties. helps to increase one's costs, u know. figured if anyone knows, it's you.

So I got this next cheeseberry auto I’m tryin to figure out can’t get the ph down I’m rinsing and ppm come down but ph won’t move past 7.2,
Water in is 6.1 and 23 ppm water out is 7.1 and 642 does that makes sense ? Could I have to much lime in the soil ? That’s my best guess? Any body with anything ?

drainage bro,if you get the bag above the edges of the tray it will drain better,when your not draining well the ph will rise ,leaching has to go somewere,so you have salt buildup and it cant drain ,it gonna rise,is that the coco your using

Nah it’s soil and each pots sits at least an inch off the ground for drainage , the next one was even worse water in 6.2 ph 23 ppm rain water and the m out was 7.5 at 492 ppm
Do t get me wrong it’s s pretty color but I do t think it’s supposed to be? Lol

i still say salt build up bro, that why i dont like them damn bags,once there in there ,in there they are,in a pot you could pop the bitch out and root prune it,i still think your not getting good drainage,you could run water threw there until you get the salt washed out,but that washes all your life completlty out,and when it dries your stuck with a brick ,even worse than the salt imo,honestly if you flushed that plant right there,wait how far in flower is it and what do thricomes look like

that plant looks almost ready for harvest anyway,

This one was 6.1 in 23 ppm and 7 out at 471 ppm it looks better but still not like it should
