AGAIN NOT an expert:
Transplanting can be a bit tricky, especially when changing mediums >> soil to hydro etc. The challenge initially is to not disturb the "root-ball". There are a variety of methods one can employ to "bare-root" planting {sic: changing mediums} I seem to have had the greatest...
Thanks 3g !
May I (if we ever get to that point) share your email address with other interested parties?
it can be helpful if we talk this up a bit to friends and such.
One of my local grow shops has (verbally) authorized us placing a clipboard at their counter for interested parties to put...
Welcome to the farm ! Pleased to make your acquaintance.
There are many of us who identify with the quote:
"If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants."
I am far from an expert on such things.
My understanding is the same as "happy b".
Generally (though not always) that icteric (fancy way of saying yellow) in a plant is N (nitrogen) related. I might suggest as you add the N you do so gradually.... perhaps start with 1/3rd the suggested...
Need a little help figuring dilutions:
Case in point:
Product says: xxxx ....... 0.025%
Suggested application rate : 85ppm
This isn't an actual problem.... I really want to get a handle this
Another example might be:

Looking for growers in or near Northern Colorado.
I would like to meet other growers in the area.
Wondering if any folks might be interested in the exchange of ideas/techniques/Clone exchange etc. etc.
Mr. Squiggly:
Have you put together an e-book or some such thing?
Your generosity of time and skill is much appreciated by one such as myself who avoided chemistry in college and was to stoned and horny in high-school to care.
<<<< Upon further review their claims are specious. Really? They seem to think getting a 25% {greater yield} with their LED's vs NO LIGHTS AT ALL. I have to wonder how the product compares to another source of artificial light.
Have to agree with DarkSpark here. That is to say: I am all for LED's...am chomping at the bit to buy some. Just seems the preponderance of opinion is: "LED's while promising, present technology is lacking." I would love to see solid research (academic quality) supporting the claims made above.
Yup, gonna watch this. I very much want to believe LED's have arrived... This "research design" seems comparable to about any (preliminary) academic/professional research.... good stuff maynard!
