Jacks 5-12-26 soluability problem, can you guess before Jr peters

OK I did not know that and should have looked. Only other variable I could think of here would be PH.

Jacks 5-12-26 soluability problem, can you guess before Jr peters

My experience has been that their mixes contain EITHER sulphur OR calcium and when one comes in contact woith the other a precipitate forms. They have told me not to be concerned and use it. They are great to talk to and they will discuss any level you are technically comfortable with. My...

THINKING ABOUT TRYING A NEW NUTRIENT COMPANY

Sorry no (Insight yet). Still about 4 more weeks to go. Personal observation tells me this grow is as good as any of mine to date, This is my sixth. I have gradually increased my EC from .5 to about .9 with RO water typically watering to about 10% runnoff. PH is 5.4-5.8. JR Peters is very...

They Don't. Whatever ppm increase you see in a Tria mix are impurities or added salts.

THINKING ABOUT TRYING A NEW NUTRIENT COMPANY

+1 I am using Jack's Hydro Feed in Botanicare Slacker and nothing else. Five weeks into flower, healthy plants so far with no deficiencies. I'm not much on the science but, I like my results at a small fraction of the price I used to spend on FF and Aptus.

Help with mixing Jack’s Professional 5-12-26 Hydroponic

JRPeters has other hydro blends. I am using their Hydro Feed with coco (Slacker Aeration) and RO water and nothing else. Six weeks from seed all is well. They are really great on the phone and will answer your questions.

Using the water in a pool to cool your growroom

Maybe not. Many of the mini-splits are available pre charged with pre charged line sets. You install the units, run the lines and when you attach and tighten the connectors seals break and you are ready to go with the proper refrigerant charge. The hardest part is the electrical and you...

Looking for a WiFi enabled temp/water sensors

I was going to put cameras on my plants until I read somewhere that our plants were IR sensitive. Have you noticed the IR from the night vision cameras affecting the plant's flower cycle? Thanks in advance.

I tried that, does not work, not at all. The only thing I have found to raise the PH is 6ml of PH up per gallon. If you are not telling us something please enlighten me. Camag does not affect the ph at all and there is no reason why it should. The up side is, 3 1/2 weeks into 12/12 I am...

Or, a big lens probably with a sunshade on it, set to wide angle. The lens is in the way of the flash. Very noticeable especially when shooting in a dark room.

+1 I had a couple of discussions with Aptus CS and Rob's overwhelming advice was not to add ANYTHING to the lineup. Caveat being if you are using RO water you need to use additional Mass Boost to make up Cal/Mag. I am also using the Aptus Base Boost for my base nutes. Local shop did not handle...

Are you talking about the "Fasilitor" booster? if so, that is supposed to be the cornerstone of the system and you will need it.

Fasilitor is thin and clear yellow. The StartBoost is thick, brown/black and smells real bad.

I just added a Remineralization filter to my RO setup. This should add the necessary Cal/mag. Not sure yet how the PH will work but, should have an idea soon. Side benefit, highly recommended for making coffee with.
