Vary with similar THC/CBD ratios? If you have a sativa known for its heady high,and an indica with the same THC/CBD content what would make the indica or sativa provide different effects

So basically this question started when I bought some 34% THC Gorilla Glue #4 from the dispensary and it really wasn't all that. And then I bought some 16%. Not only was it way more crystally,the high was also much stronger. So my question is,are these numbers even reliable?

Why are my big thick indica leaves turning into sativa like leaves at the top?

So about a week ago I noticed my soil was crawling with gnats all over. I gave it a Neem oil drench (top to bottom) which killed the ones in the soil but there's about 5-6 who just sit on the leaves who don't seem interested in the soil. Any tips to finish these buggers off?

So we're located right outside of Seattle. A bit north towards BC. I'm growing in a greenhouse (plants facing south) and I started around mid June. Any ideas for when plants start flowering up here? My strain is a 100% pure Indica btw.

My UW plant has a set of 4 finger leaves. I've heard it's impossible to have 4 fingers and can't find anything online about it. They had 3 fingers,went to 4 (stayed at 4) the next set had 7 fingers. Help
