Thank you M-Cruz:)Do you keep training after flip or do you get them where you want them and hit them with some sort of PGR to stop growth? Your grow looks amazing. You Got me to hold off on flipping my plants in order to train and prune them a little better. Thank you.

Sorry not explaining myself very well. Pinch meaning pinching off Mendo, as in breaking off the top node to promote a second node to pop up or in our case often to stop them from becoming dominant. We also bend the stems to stop shoots from becoming dominant as well. Getting an even canopy is key.When you say pinch do you mean, pinch and bend or pinch off?
