As I understand there are 2 products on the market named Terpinator. One is from Rhizofloral and the other from Green Planet. Has anyone used both or know more about the difference, if there is any difference.. ?

I got the answer from Rhizofloral:"Hello, Terpinator is specially labeled through Green Planet in Canada but it is the same product. They just have a different label in Canada. Please let me know if you have any other questions."

Sorry if yall already knew it ;)

Just picked up some of this. Local growers that I respect agreed with many of the posts here, that it works and is worth it, if used correctly in a healthy environment.
I'll be using it throughout veg and flower as they recommend and will post my results when the time comes :)

Best Terpinator I ever found wasn't in a jug. It was contained in superior genetics and living soil!!!!

Didnt cost 50+ bucks for 4 liters either. :p

I'm just going to say, I read this whole thread just now in an effort to find some legitimate information on this product and all I can say is how annoyed I am with Clockworx. All this guy did was bash a product by doing some quick, half-assed Google searches and posted VERBATIM exactly what he found. First of all, I am almost positive he is NOT a biologist or chemist because:
A) his posts are inconsistent, i.e. just examine the rhetoric and grammar used when posting his scientific "findings" versus when he posts what appear to be his own words. Quite the difference, plagiarist, especially when you use words like "bro." Did anyone try copying and pasting his scientific responses into google to see what you come up with? I did. Most of what he replied with was plagiarized from an external source. For example, that bit about how Rock Resinator really works? That's just a clever blend of the product description, found on almost any site that sells the stuff, and a blog written in a different cannabis forum.
Links:
http://www.invalid.com/t/citric-aci...ulture-with-professor-matt-rize.378568/page-2
https://www.hydrofarm.com/p/GGRR20LCA

B) His profile pic is some freak with a gas mask and stuffed rabbit. The decision to post that as a profile pic is very clearly indicative of your personality type, which is not cohesive with that of someone who has spent years studying a discipline. Oh, and he did a great job with posting that false MSDS information for Terpinator. I looked up the real MSDS and it reveals no such information. After examining the Washington State Department of Agriculture's commercial fertilizer analysis, the metals he mentioned are in fact in the product but not at the amounts that he claimed the MSDS listed.
Here is a link to the CORRECT information:
http://agr.wa.gov/pestfert/fertilizers/FertDB/prodinfo.aspx?pname=7188

According to Washington State, none of those metals were even discovered at minimum levels, meaning the concentration of those metals within the product could not even reach the point of minimum detection levels. Everything Clockworx has stated has been an effort to validate his own insecurities regarding cannabis growing, even if he doesn't recognize that or admit its validity. I'll conclude with a sentiment from your own words, Clockworx:
"And I highly suggest you do research before passing it to others on the site, people know each other on here and we know who knows their shit and who's full of it...SO STOP RUNNING YOUR MOUTH..."

Anyway, I would still like to know more LEGITIMATE FACTS about Terpinator and its affects, positive and negative, so if anyone has more experience or research to share, please do. And you can kindly omit the bullshit that you know know one is trying to hear. Thanks.

fyi, this is a forum where freedom of expression is exercised. Everyone here is entitled to their own opinion. So if your looking for facts, a forum where anyone can post with no credentials needed probably isnt the best place to look. From what ive read, you put a member of this forum on blast and also used personal attacks. If you dont like what someone posts, then ignore it. Especially if it is the FIRST AND ONLY post you have contributed to the farm. if you continue to post blasphemy such as this, ur time here at the farm will be short. So in hindsight, smoke a spliff, relax, and enjoy this valued community for what its worth. oh and please keep the vibes positive.

I understand what you're saying which is why it makes it more difficult to discern why you would direct that toward me and not the very person I was discussing. In fact, part of what you're saying is hypocritical because you tell me to just ignore what I don't like and yet here you are intentionally replying to my post just to express how you don't like my reaction to ignorance. And honestly, yes, the ONLY reason I made an account was to post that comment because I was legitimately upset with the nonsense that that user was posting. I come to cannabis threads for answers because, hello? the shit is a schedule 1 drug having prevented any form of legitimate research from being performed for REAL answers. This, I imagine, is the very same reason you would frequent these forums unless you're a grower who posts journals to share growing info. or you really have nothing better to do than to scour threads and tell people to "keep the vibes positive." I get get it man, good energy turns the world, but when I'm just looking for someone to help with a question and all they have to share is stolen words with a piss poor attitude, then they aren't necessarily going to respond to good energy. Maybe I'm the asshole in all of this, but people need to own up to their shit and realize that acting like pretentious pricks can be detrimental. Say what you will but I stand by my post.

right, no i get ur frustration. this industry is overwhelmed with bias people, much like myself (for example i will never use advanced nutrients). but for u to join the farm just to leave a negative comment because u disagree with an individuals post isnt going to go over well with the community. If you have a question about a product, ask. From the looks of it, you did your homework, u outsourced ur info, congrats, thats the way it should be done. but the way i see it, ur possibly a pissed off rep, Google-ing your product to see if you can see if anybody is talking about what ur selling; stumble across someone with misleading info, then personally attack that individual to prove a point. i mean thats the taste you left in my mouth. Dont get me wrong, im not accusing you of this, just expressing to you how i saw it.

anyways, the farm is cool place. full of good people and loads of knowledge. being that you sourced valuable info about the product that this thread is about, you have successfully shared more info than i have on this product. we dig the input, just dont like the bashing. feel free to join the community, introduce urself, share knowledge to get knowledge.

A foliar potassium spray to increase terpenes? Yeah ok maybe there is something to it.
But who ACTUALLY did the experiment? Any of you users cared enough to do a set, not one plant as control either, 2+ varieties, 2 plants each with and without? Because all this garbage about, "oh man this stuff works great. I see a big improvement from LAST run...." I never believe a word. I smoke weed, a lot. My exact memory is poor, for a myriad of other reasons, however, I can say without fail, my memory of the past grow is not usually super clear. Giving me false hope using a product without a control. As if nothing changes with you grow from cycle to cycle. Even with automation I see differences, allll self induced. And because of this I would NEVER use the "last grow" as a basis to judge a new product.
Mag sulfate MAY do the same thing. Might have to make an experiment out of this. I can get all samples tested.

I don't believe very many of these products claims, ag science shows us why, for most.
Not to mention the fact that often you have to search hard to find the makeup and then sometimes the research to back up claims. Not the product reps "research" either.

Peace

Postponed feeding for a hour to read this thread as I was offered a sample of this product by the vender for a face book like ( stated above )

Received a quart for free :)

Really didn't find out much here except that venders read are forum

Will run it on 2/3 plants in a moment , will start with the 2 on day 15 as they need feeding.
Plant 1 is a grape stomper / white cross on its second run that was damn good smoke and quite frosty from the white dad but could of been more sticky. So added resin should be noticeable ( and I still have buds to compare)

Plant 2 is a triangle kush s1 that I butchered its frosty but lacks any resin or smell
(And I still have buds also)
So I should get a pretty good handle on if the product does what it claims and it's the least I can do off a free quart (we all love free shit even if it turns out to be shit , hey it was still free shit )

Tk s1 sorry only Ipad pictures . Gotta feed these girlz now

If anyone has an open bottle I would like to hear what it smells like. If there are any fruit smells is what I am really curious about. Heard from a little birdy what might actually be in it and need to confirm if it true but not going to go pick up a bottle to sniff it.

Yeah it smells kind of fruity. I only had one quart to play with and it only lasted me a week so I can't really say if it works or not. What I can say is that 20 mls a gallon will raise your tank about 200 ppm and my leaves burnt a bit The guaranteed analysis is 0-0-4 and it's derived from potassium sulfate. If I'm not mistaken that means there is a little over 1% sulfur in there. My base has 2% sulfur and I run it at 8 mls, so adding terpinator at 30 mls a gallon would more than triple my sulfur and double my K.

I think it is exactly what the bottle says it is. On some strains the extra sulfur will probably bring out some flavor and stink but the extra K will cause problems if you don't account for it. I always wanted a good sulfur supplement to play with but this one is too expensive for me.
