Apparently green light doesnt interfere with phytochrome red/far red so a green LED light at night *should* be ok but im a bit anal and light is still light so my vote goes with Aqua. Besides, you wont get accurate lead temps during lights out anyways.Sh

It's my dam autocorrect. It doesn't speak English. I need to reset it as it now changes proper spelling to misspelled words. Temps is one of the ones it always does.... It shows am average. Think of it like a light that shines like a cone from the end of the meter. The farther away you are from what you aim it at, the larger the area is that it is measuring. It looks at the whole area diffused and give you an average temp.I think my ir thermometer is off. Its always more than 5° difference

5f off of what air temps? That's absolutely normal if so... Under LED they will be around 5-10f lower.I think my ir thermometer is off. Its always more than 5° difference
Hey i was thinking, the reason there might be a difference is that the IR thermometer measures surface temp and the AC Infinity sensors are atmospheric. Might explain the difference?
