The nice part is that they're chunky, rock hard, and a little bigger than a golf ball size all the way down the branch. Even the stuff at the very bottom is nice joint sized nugs that are perfectly ripe. Looks awesome, I'm really curious to see what the weight ends up at. Because despite the smaller tops throwing me off, I think I'm looking at a record here.

Nice even buds from top to bottom. Best for overall yields. Bitch to trim but looks fantastic.

Ugh, making it hard to not spend the money on unislabs and cut the plant count down vs going with hugos this next run DB. Between the aggressive cleanup and media choice, this run is one of the greatest examples of what wool can produce. Great work!

Truthfully these strains have been an absolute delight to trim. There is hardly any leaf in buds to trim off, and most just breaks of in the bag. The ones that don't are flick a leaf here, flick a leaf there.. done..
I'll remove the big fans when I chop them, but all the sugar leaf stays on. I don't trim those off my personal stash until I sit down to roll it. I feel the sugar leaf protects the resin from being knocked off the buds easily and it saves me a ton of work.

I collect the trim in my dope box for a couple weeks then dump it Into a freezer bag.

I can tell you this, I'll never go back to hugos, and neither will my buddy who is now using the unis.

And I've gotta say that I'm as surprised as anyone else might be, that these plants grew buds like this without a fan leaf below it. Those mids are chunky.

I keep reading people say that buds won't put on any more weight if you stop feeding at the end for a flush. Even in commercial publications like cannabis business times.

I've always seen my buds swell drastically during a 2 week flush in promix. And im day 5 or so of straight water with rockwool and these tops are still falling over hard daily. They're looking bigger and better every day. The trichs are almost all cloudy now on both strains but they're hanging in there and not fading super fast, which is nice. This is when you need patience.

I might give them a few more days than anticipated and really push the ripening.

Yeah dude the sugar leaf is outta control frosty. The edges are curled up and caked in trichs. Extreme resin content.

Long days at work lately. I got home at 10 pm last night and 7:30 tonight. But looks like tomorrow im getting rained out! Lol, which means 2 things; my work schedule is getting pushed to the weekend, and that means I'll need to start taking plants down tomorrow instead of Friday. Alright by me. And they're done enough for it. Theyre sitting in a cold, dark and dry room right now.. they know what's coming...

Just nice, chunky buds everywhere.. little secondary branch top. They aren't enormous, but very, very nice structure, smell and appearance. Bag appeal for days.
Smells like skunk and rotting fruit in here right now in the most amazing way.
