Dude, you can come help me dig some holes on the mountain out here. I'm scared as shit of falling into a hole. lolSweet! Give a chance to play with hydro excavating!
Here we go, this will be my official review thread for the newest model of the Spiderfarmer SF4000 inside a 4x4 grow tent. My first time in a very long time growing in a tent... The units for this review were generously provided by @SpiderFarmerLED to run a cycle with and give the fine folks here at the farm my honest feedback on, and I plan to do my best to give this light every opportunity to live up to its potential. I'd like to extentd to them a big thanks.
The Light arrived very well packaged and I was pleasantly surprised to find the diode layout was not as I was expecting. Instead it's far more interesting with the diodes clustered in the corners as you will see in the pics. I expect this to greatly enhance the light spread.
I'll be starting up the grow in the next couple weeks hopefully if all goes to plan. Really excited for this one. The thread might be quiet for a while as I secure some clones, but I expect by early September we will be up and growing.

I'll be running it in a 4x4 tent with either 4 or 9 plants, using rockwool and dyna gro nutrients. Looking forward to this one.
This pic isn't mine, but it shows this thing lit up. Looks really, really interesting.

Stay tunedtmany wattage are you using for your 4x4?
That’s a nice setup brother!! How many wattage are you running out your 4x4? Do you have any suggestions for the rookies growing out of a 4x8 tent, I’m running 3000w and have a total of 11 plants in different stages. Here we go, this will be my official review thread for the newest model of the Spiderfarmer SF4000 inside a 4x4 grow tent. Stay tuned.
My suggestion would be training, try to keep them low, and spread out. The more you creep a plant along it's underside, you allow fresh shoots to come up, instead of getting a Christmas tree, you get a candelabra form. That’s a nice setup brother!! I was awarethat's his ball.
This is my fantasy, to essentially have a permaculture homestead.I like this method for maybe building a cabin out in the woods, it maybe build it into a hillside, so it's lower profile, and less chance of a tree falling on it.
Nice, I must say I did get some really nice weed from a dispensary in Port Angeles last time I was down there. Sour tangie, tasted great, looked great. Besides the price I could handle legal weed like that.I braved past the hoe's over on Arora St today, just to prove a point here; trying to keep it real.
Cost me $8 for the extract, and $20 for an 1/8 of decent buds. THC content don't mean shit, generally speaking, IMO. I'll let the bud pic's do the speaking for itself. I occasionally keep tabs on what's happening, I want to see what's in the shops, I suppose. Some of my buddies inevitably compare me to them, from time to time.
Here we go. I also did this part to drive home a point. (lowest THC buds I could find) "Wyatt Herbs" "Orange Cookies" 13.39% THC, and Pineapple express extract butter 89.37% THC with lots of orange color B-caryophyllene, very tasty, I am stoned, no doubt.
The buds harvest date was in July, and seemed fresh. Strong orange flavor. There certainly is good products over at the stores, (Here in Seattle at least) but it's certainly a mixed batch. When I taste, experience good products like these, and see the care that was put into growing them, it simply makes me all the more determined to up my game, that's all. There are certainly good stuff that comes from these places, of that I have very little doubt.

He also has a book on how to build an Earth sheltered home.I like this method for maybe building a cabin out in the woods, it maybe build it into a hillside, so it's lower profile, and less chance of a tree falling on it.

Yeah...They have lotions and oils infused with CBD and THC (topicals), why not soaps too...Thank you. Soaps (for me) as a wash-off product seem a waste so I don’t put anything from my cannabis in them. I’d rather ingest or smoke it. Salves, however, get THC, THCa, CBD, CBDa, CBG, CBGa, and menthol.
