I'm not going to give up. I'm just about ready to start my third grow. I have a second, smaller tent that I plan to use for the establishment and early vegetation stages. So I'll be germinating seeds very soon.If you can't make it to the end with Nick's and Aqua's help, might be time for a new hobby lol. Those guys have forgotten more about weed than I know.
Thank you. The thread needed to cool off. I have a grow diary, so I'm thinking about moving the remaining discussion over there and put a link back to this one. There's a lot of information here, so it'll be helpful to refer back to it. I regret that it became so contentious and apologize for my part in it.Glad your thread is back on track and making progress! Cheers.
For the curious, here's a picture of the plants. It's day 97 from the start and day 36 from the flip. They seem to be doing okay, considering the problems. They were watered and fed today and I'm still using @GNick55's recommended nutrient doses. I have adjusted the light levels based on reading about light stress/burn and many of the praying leaves have flattened slightly. Unfortunately, the small plant in the middle began to show symptoms of light stress. Otherwise, it's looking like we'll have a crop in a month or so.

Thanks. I certainly hope to do better. I plan to use different soil (FF Ocean Forest) with Perlite. (I have the ingredients, but haven't mixed it yet.) I'm thinking a lot about nutrients, as well, and that thinking includes moving toward organics. I also plan to use only one light in that tent, which is what ViparSpectra recommends for a 2x4. I just started a grow diary for the next grow. I put the sprouted seeds in their first pots this morning.Looks like you will have a harvest. You will get it nailed next time with what you learned here.
ok feed it this next wateringupdate me on what i told you to feed and what week you in?
I agree about the light still causing stress. Fortunately, I'm not seeing any blanching of the buds. I can lower the left plant, but there's no more space for the right plant. I dimmed the lights slightly once a day a few times. They have been at their current level for two days.and just saying that the light is still causing stress which will ruin/degrade your thc..
the middle of the plant the leaves stems are pointed up (good), the leaf is laying flat (good) the top of plant the leaves are praying hard (not good).. light could go up 10 inches
Oops! Sorry. It's day 36 since the flip--the first day of the sixth week.what week flowering?
ok so not far, good..Oops! Sorry. It's day 36 since the flip--the first day of the sixth week.
there's an issue in the substrate ph.it's weird how it worked out for me and not for you
ok so not far, good..
can’t remember but did you have any other nutrients there?
if not i’d say stop using grow big and up the tiger bloom to 7 ml
the other 2 the same as before..
maybe wait and see if anyone else agrees, but if you have other nutrients let me know..
agree i've always fed upto this time as well at least for hybrids..granted in a completely different substrateThe feeding schedule says to use grow big until week 9. It doesn't have high NPK, so I don't think it'll hurt either way, just something to consider.
The soil I used is Happy Frog, not Ocean Forest. I'm planning to use OF next.it's weird how it worked out for me and not for you
ok people but you see the condition these plants are in? you can’t be going anywhere near full strength, no point in having much nitrogen as this point as the leaves are cooked from the light, all systems have been slowed down but she has the fight for survival to finish those buds..
a 3-4-4 would be perfect for these plants till finish.. but..
if something is better than by all means help this person out as it’s medicine for them..
thisa 3-4-4 would be perfect for these plants till finish.
