Room 1 got a full res change and a trim. Took a 5 gallon pail of larfy shit out, can probably get another one tomorrow.

600ml Big Bud
100ml Silica
250ml A/B DM Gold

~550ppm @ 6.0pH Water temp was 55* and warming.

Will let the pH doser bring it down to 5.8 and see where the nutes end up overnight.

Root porn, flower and canopy shots...

Finished up most of Room 2.

It got the following:

700ml PBP Bloom
300ml Aquashield
100ml Roots Excel
100ml Silica

I will be adding some CalMag+ to this solution to try and add some Nitrogen to the mix.

Solution was [email protected] I took the doser from the veg room and hooked it up to bring it down to 5.8. Water was still cold 45*, so added heater to bring it up to 60*. I didn't transplant in to the system as I have to seal up one area and hook up the flip-flop.

Veg system is looking solid and READY to be put in to the new room.

Respect, those roots are bangin.

Thanks. I really didn't think that these plants roots would fill the buckets as they were the ones that were over-vegged on the table. They most definitely have though! Insane.

That staining is from Roots Excel and this is the plant that the fungus gnats are hanging around. They are nice and white, esp. in that back corner. I think the gnats are liking the 'funk ring' from the old water line. Dunno.

Loving how clean that veg setup looks - any reason you moved the doser into R2 and didn't just adjust the pH manually?

Just curious.........looking great though :)

Because I was tired and hungry and was ready to go home. :)

Ideally I should have just left it overnight to see where it landed on its own, then adjusted, just to have an idea what that solution does.

What myco product are you using? how much do you use amd how often? I picked up some great white I want to use

Oh I forgot tea bags..what are in them and how long do you leave it in there

Yeah, the teabags are 'Mykos Drops', they are from the people that make all Myco for other products (great white, etc.) They are currently only in a few of the ones that are currently vegging. They go inside the netpot, so they are there for the duration.

They were new when I added them, but now I see them on store shelves in lots of places.

I might be picking up some Great White to play with as well, but these things are convenient.

i like the idea of those myco drops,so its only 1 application then right?do you add another pack when you flip?or just 1 in the veg? i currently use great white but love the idea of those packets!

Yeah, I added the bags when I put the clones in to the netpots. Not sure if you could add them afterwards.

I will have a better idea of how they 'held up' when I rip the netpot apart after harvest.

2 part doser...

TDS Controller housing has been built.

Need to get some shorter screws to hold the module inside the box, but its wired up and ready for calibration and some testing.

Definitely a first prototype, I have some changes I will make for the second one. None 'mandatory', just niceties, ie 12v, multiple individual pumps, etc.

The pump I have for it does 1.5ml/min (85ml/hr) from each of 2 channels. I can increase the tubing diameter to go up to 850ml/hour/channel, but I don't see the need for that <yet>.

Can you post more pictures how do you hook that black stone to your pump lol more pictures please

The pump I have now is a medical peristaltic pump the has a control port on it. Its just a 3.5mm stereo plug. I cut off one end of a 2m cable and tied it in to the dosing relay on the controller.

Next gen will be standalone pumps wired in series that will just be hardwired in, hot wire will be on the open side of the relay, although the stereo jack is pretty slick too to break it apart or shut off dosing.

So you are running two parastalic pumps off the one outlet. Id like to see pictures of how it is all put together

This one is a single pump, dual channel (two hoses). I will be wiring up multiple single (hose) pumps on the second controller.

What is the difference between the two hose and one? I would like to make something like this

The difference? Just a hose...

I kid..

It saved me a few bucks and wiring. Its on the same roller so both hoses will drip the same amount, perfect for a 2 part. I got the dual for 140 vs 80-90 a pump.
