Circus - I agree. of all those name mentioned I have had mtg and dealed with all those guys with in the last mth. I have business indirectly and directly with all of them. I have been asked recently (last nite) to be a MMJ court expert by recent MMJ poss trial defendants and some of legal people you mentioned in some of the current MMJ trials so I have to be real careful with what I say just in case I decide to work in this part of the courts so I dont loose my current licenses. My problem is I have been double crossed by some of who you mentioned, I was actually going to be a sacrificial 'guilty' for cpl of those idiots you mentioned until I ACCIDENTALLY saw emails with me as bargaining chip just days before my trial. I fired my whole defense team and then I called the Board on these guys. I;ll mention names that are public record in a second, Some of them are in serious trouble over what they tried to do to me,.

Very Long story sht - Eric Fenster paid Dan Pope and 2 other people of who you mentioned above re; my trial. I didnt realize this part of the law and legal system. Attorney can talk and NEGOTIATE/litigate your case with other lawyers who are not involved with your case and what happens to you in this horse trade has no effect on the attorneys who are not DIRECTLY involved on your case UNTIL you can prove corruption.

And thats what I did to help myself go free with the help of RC and his new tactics he used for me and himself in our trials,( the ol get found Guilty but you walk out of Court acquitted and a free man), Those other Colo attorney's havent mastered this art yet. But the sad part is that I found out that with all these MMJ trial calls is that attorneys make weekly calls about cases everyday to RC and were just a poker chip. When you loose a cpl poker chips you dont loose any sleep and that what pisses us Farmers off.

I found out Eric Fenster and his defense team (2 of the above mentioned) were defending me , behind the scene... These guys were also defending grand juncton state trooper at the same time - It was a case THAT MADE NATIONAL NEWS. The Grand Juct. state patrol idiot is the 1st cop ever to violate the 4th amend in American history and get found NOT GUILTY with the help of Eric Fenster and the above attorney gang mentioned, so again Tex you are very correct with saying that your attorney boys play poker with the rite cats. But I say : I hope I'm not one of the poker chips they cash in for a bigger chip. Then I find out who Eric's defense team is, Yep you guessed it, this is Eric Fenster, Dan Pope, and some names from the above threads, SO trying to get to my main point
I discovered that The Grand Juct. state patrol was best friends with State Patrol NOGA. Noga arrested me. Noga is top USA drug recognition expert and top trainer for state patrol and he has the most decorated drug dog in the USA. There is blip in the video I provided earlier about his training being performed here in Colo. Thats why I posted the FOX video, I knew this conversation was coming. These 2 state patrol guys along with (Eric Fenster My attorney) and Don Pope MMJ expert and the cpl legal pro's mentioned above we're not attacking cops on the stand. Then they're letting the judge do things like not allow MMJ law in my jury instruction. I find out Eric Fenster has called EVERYONE mention in all these threads ALL OF THEM! At this point nobody knows that i'm starting to figure out that I'm going to prison.

I download a phone tracer to my phone. Somehow this program got a virus. Long story sht here but somehow it got on one these attorneys phone and the dam virus spread to all their phones, it even got in the state patrol and judges phones, maybe when were showing grow room pics and evidence on our phone and tablets . Anyway this dam program 3rd party called, text, and emailed me from their devices. I need not say what I knew, you can fill in the blanks but I knew what was going to happen to me so I decided to try and exploit the whole system for freedom.

I started dropping in on all the names mention at their home, at other trials, church and just kept running into these cats. It was fun to see their face when they turn around in church to shake hands and say peace be with you and they realize you;re in the pew behind them. Without getting into all those details I was flying a plane around and getting flight lessons at the expense of these guys , out of the kindness of their hearts they decided to be nice to me with planes and trips. I FIRED all of them the day before my trial and hired RC!

RC offer's to sue them. But here's the kicker, he didnt offer nor did I ask him to go for their throat and get people and these attorneys removed from the bar. He didnt offer his email records that had proof of all this shit, yes he already knew of MY deal before he took my case. They all talked about my case including RC even before Corry met me. so asking RC to help remove these guys from the bar is Kinda like asking me to snitch on Tex, aint going to happen, they got their gang and we got ours.

Just my opinion: I dont like attorneys that tip toe in court, go along with the flow, quiet voices, nice to cops, and let the judge do what he wants.
all the attorney mentioned except RC are scared of cops and judges in and out of court and are VERY LEARY of attacking them on the stand. Go watch em in trial . RC dominates the court room, he has the jury laughing and smiling with in minutes. The judges and DA are asking RC MMJ questions and when the jury see RC orchestrating the court room and making asses out the cops with their lies your jury MIGHT free ya but the odds are still against you no matter what lawyer you use. You need to know whos freinds with who in the court system, DAs, judges, and especially attorneys, RC is not always the best selection. If your judge and DA graduated from DU then RC team CAN BE A GOOD CHOICE, but hire the rite MMJ expert to research all this for you cause most MMJ expert testimony will not carry the wgt of an opposing PHDs, your MMJ expert needs to look like a cop in suit. Avoid hippies on the stand.

The biggest mistake I made in my trialS was letting ANY attorney pick my MMJ expert, I'm not refering to Dr's and eye witness testimony. Getting the rite MMJ expert is what lead to my FREEDOM and in my trial I had to have RC or I was going down hard. W/O the rite MMJ expert I would have never found out about the corruption in my case and I would be just getting out of jail now. Dan Pope, MMJ expert, will testify for the cops for bribes. Eric Fentser, Attorney, has more deals worked with these guys, that you'll never get a fair trial with these 2 idiots. For the rest of the readers on this site, Talk to a good MMJ expertS before you waste your time to see if any of these attorneys will even call ya back. I was raided, and my attorney is by no means a high profile guy, and he did a great job! Most wouldnt approve of him, but I had faith..

Judges, Attorneys, and Bondsman/insurance agent feel like they win at your trial. But I'd agree with you TTstikk , they still have to look in the mirror every morning. And speaking of winning check this out guys'/girls, if you get arrested for ANY charge I have came up with a way to increase your odds of winning trials DRAMATICALLY. My system is quite simple and focuses on jury selection, not attorneys. I have developed a database. I feed your jury pool into the DB. My code query social media, local news network, google search the potential jurors and many more features. I find the most popular person in you hood and put him to work in the query of the jury pool also. This app is very effective in Small Town communities. Out of 125 potential jurors we will know the 35-50 people that will have red cards, and the DA wont know who has a red card cause you'll never ask the jurors that question once my app is put to work. Did you know many potential jurors will lie about being affiliated with police. 1/2 the court room is related or friends to someone in law enforcement if any of these person are on your jury its a GOOD thing, its a mistrial if handled correctly. Did you know that MANY red card holders and marijuana user will not show for jury duty. What if mail arrived explaining to them the need to support MMJ in their jury responsibilities. Defendants and attorneys can not make contact with potential jurors, Jury tampering! so this program and investigation needs to be handled by a skilled MMJ expert. This thread is super informative. Kinda glad I didn't open a dispensary back in 2009. Hopefully the feds will change their laws to reflect the will of the Citizens of Colorado. Thanks lino and Texas kid for posting your stories even though I know its not easy. I have much respect for you guys for taking a stand for your rights and personal beliefs. I really hope that Colorado will have Amsterdam style coffeshops, and one day we can sit down and discuss over a spliff in public, without having to hide in the shadows like some kind of persecuted lowlife.

Well this is going back to the original topic of this thread, but since the day the raids happened i have been hearing that the feds targeted them because of ties to Colombian cartels. Of course who knows if that's just media and or an excuse. But I personally would like to believe that they are leaving the "legit" shops alone and only going after the ones that are trying some under the table shit. And I also wouldn't be the least bit surprised if cartels were coming up here talking to dispensary owners buying them out or who knows what. But it is believable that there are some shops up here in Colo that are involved in business that does not support our cause. and only encourages the feds to get involved.

Legit- ask any DEA (FED) what dispense in the world is legal/legit. Any money earned can be taken by the FED (IRS) very easy. Investing in criminal enterprise is one of the stupidest Long Term investments you can make. Schedule 1 , very high class felony charges come depending on, guns, bank and cash transaction, who you;ve done business with and many other factors that are COULD land you in prison or bankrupt in the MMJ LEGIT biz.

1.)The DEA knows that a large part of the marijuana movement is due to their Raids making the NON-CANNABIS public agitated.
2.)The DEA knows that over 50% of USA is or have been a cannabis consumer.
3.)The DEA knows that Very few cannabis Users will show up for jury duty or vote.
4.)The DEA is as evil as the Devil. The kids that they recruited from colleges that actually made DEA agents from my camps were not nice kids.

In the last mth there have been other arrest and raids that didnt make the news. In the last week there have been guys with business suits and briefcases coming to Colo and Cali dispense's. They got DEA and IRS badges but only the Owners are seeing this , not the public. Cooperation with these guys includes that the AUDIT is to remain private, and poss indirectly related to this thread has been some local growers asked to hold plants for a dispense. The local growers (they had CP paperwork, but not enough) were raided on the same day as the Cartel guy. A few dispense were surprise Audited this week that I heard about and some private accounts were closed by FEDS. But lets get real , there are a cpl hundred Dispenses in this state, so in Colo, and the raids that I heard about, Not in the headlines,,, Thesee guys were bending the rules hard, especially with the money and the Few local grow guys that I know of had way to many plants because they were set up. So its all perspective. But if I were a LEGIT dispense I'd be thinkN, safe for now????? is Hillary Clinton going to send the troops to attack me???? Are American going to be so angry at Obama that we'll elect a tea party guy. Most of the Dem and Republican poss candidate for Pres HATE MMJ watch their youTube stuff. Jury Nullification can easily go against you also and that has happen a few times in marijuana trials. Jury Nullification has helped and hurt marijuana trials. Example::: you have a guy like beebread1 who hates an online personality like lino's. This strong personality of breedbread1 with authoritative suggestions becomes your jury foreman. Now beebread1 talks the jury into ' Fuck the trial ' let find lino guilty rite now... Jury Nullification can just as easily work against you according to my attorneys...

My cousin took a marijuana 1000 + plant conspiracy to trial. Every single person on his case testified against him. His crime? Giving a friend $3200 dollars because he needed some startup money for the operation. Oh by the way the jury found my cousin guilty he is currently serving 20 years.
