The nano's out yielded the epaps for me. I got a killer deal on a bunch of slightly used Epaps so I'll be running them a few more times so only time will tell.

Yes and no. Yes, I used to do a lot of vertical but not with coco, with peat.

Yes I recycle all the coco, I don't throw any of it out. I dig out the roots of the old plant, break up the rest of the coco, add amendments and ogbiowar bennies, then replant.

I don't exhaust at all, fully sealed.
