Fed the ladies today and thermometer is in. running with jungle juice nutes that the local hydro store comp'd me. also running calmag. things are looking pretty nice so far, should be ready to put up the screen in about a week at this rate.
been vegging for 25 days as of right now. this is what has happened growth wise in that time frame. I'm going to feed again today and veg for another 3 days to give it a full 4 weeks of veg then put the screen up and kick it over to flower.
Here are some updated pics of the grow. Of the five plants (all popped from seeds) there are 2 really strong phenos, amazing structure and no leaf curl what so ever. I will be cloning these 2 plants for the mothers and keep the better of the two based on yield, quality, etc. as the final mother.
At this point I would have to say that I am very impressed with this led's ability to veg. In fact its the best vegging grow light I have ever used and pending the flowering ability its safe to say that I will be making a significant investment moving forward.
I don't know how I missed this. I'm trying to make sure I'm tagged to all LED threads. First, that color pink is super-groovy. Second, I love that they're so much more energy efficient.
29 days of veg, I'm going to cut the screen today and install it as well as trim off some of the bottom growth and take clones from the 2 really good phenos.
switched to 12/12 and trimmed out a tonne of shit, these plants are insanely dense man. (If you want to run a clone farm this is 100% the light you want, unbelievable undergrowth!) Wired down a couple of the main branches, I guess we will see what the stretch brings. Personally I think it will be manageable, just a pain in the ass until the stretch stops. I'm ready, bring it on :)
One week into flower, noticing a little magnesium deficiency happening, watered today with CalMag in the mix at double the recommended dosage. It seems that the LED requires a shit load of CalMag?
