sound like it's a bit tall 1m20 is sort of maximum with a 180tent.

for a first grow i would try something slightly more indica, and shorter then for a second grow yeah try the sour diesel

Think il be fine, i had a 250 watt hps øast time indide a tent inside a clauset, and temp was good, now i have it in shred , and weathers cold in norway

i don't know how are the law in norway but here in france it make a huge difference if you get caught for personnal use or if your selling it, and i can tell as i had some issue with cops 3 years ago.

Not really strict rules if you get caught,, pay a fine.. Worst is probably tjem blocking you taking driver license. But they cant take it if you already have it
